This is my second treadmill in the past two years. I went with another brand before, and it served it's purpose but sadly didn't last. The overall quality has got to include durabilaity and reliabilty in my opinion. So I found this treadmill, and astethically it is very pleasing for my home gym, as well as modern looking. The sturdiness is of great importance as I am middle aged, and my reaction time has dwindled for years now. The treadmill does not tip that easy, and that is such a relief. I have confidence when using it that should I zone out, I will not "fall" off. The handles are comfortable, easy to access the main board at a moments notice. Another feature I like about this treadmill is that when you are ready to call it quits, the stop has a slow down period until it stops. Some treadmills will just do a quick stop. The treadmill has a great safety feature, which was important to me as my daughters are now beginning to use the home gym, I know it is a must safety feature. Additonally, another feature was appealing was the fact that the treadmill came with bars, so you can also do sit-ups, and included one pound dumbells . Which again is perfect for my daughters to begin with. The treadmill does have a bluetooth feature, so you can listen to your music or mp3 player. Most importantly is the actual workout. The treadmill is smooth, very smooth and quiet. Lastly, this is a perfect size for even a townhome/apartment. It's not overly bulky, but rather a great addition without all the space needed that some others do. Based on my usage of this treadmill over the past two months, I would say this is a great investment. Quality materials, superb craftmanship. I would most definitely purchase this brand again, and would recommend this to other consumers as well.

This is a nice and compact treadmill! The assembly was easy, I can do it on my own easily and I'm not a very strong person (hence need this treadmill....) I'm setting it up as a permanent thing instead of folding it up and setting it aside, and putting it on foam boards just in case. But folding it up and moving it to the location that I want to have it setup is easy! I think that's great because if I want to reconfigure my room in the future, I can move the treadmill around pretty easily too As for the box, it's going to be heavy, so definitely have two people do it together to not hurt yourself. I took the box apart in the garage and move the individual pieces out so that its' less weight to deal with each time. Since there's a dumbell as well as the the situp bars in front that are all made out of metal pieces, taking them out reduces the weight significantly, and it's just a matter of adding a few screws to push the treadmill to where I want to set it up like a shopping cart. What really caught my eye with the black large is that, many other treadmill requires you to stop and adjust the incline yourself by getting under the treadmill. But the black large has it built in with the flip of a button! That's NOT a cheap feature in all the treadmills that I see. Having incline is very important if you want some decent work out. If you're going to put down some money on a treadmill to begin with, just save up a little more and go for that feature I would say. We had a bit of issue with the delivery, but not the product's fault, it's amazon freight that delivered it to someone else's house.... imagine trying to get this home from someone else's home. So definitely complain to amazon customer service and talk to them if you run into issues like that. Their freight delivery people isn't very good and I've had nothing but problems with them in the past.

I was hesitant to purchase a treadmill online but this was at a good price, had good reviews and the features I was looking for. I didn't need a top of the line treadmill for running, I wanted something easy to use and compact for walking a few miles daily. It was delivered by UPS and arrived two days early. It weighs 88lbs in the packaging so if you need to carry it solo, you may need to remove it from the packaging and carry each piece. It is very easy to assemble, takes about 15 minutes. It is easy to use, the display is clear and it seems to work well. It is relatively quiet. The motor seems adequate though it struggles a bit at higher speeds but for walking, it seems fine. I had an issue with a loud noise after using it a few days. I checked all the connections but couldn't determine the source. I dreaded the hassle of having to return it. I contacted the company customer service via email and received a response the next day. They asked for a video clip to hear the noise. I sent it and the next day they sent a video reply. I expected it to be a generic troubleshooting vid but it was a personal reply from one of their techs. They immediately sent the replacement parts to me. I think this treadmill is a good value. It seems solidly built, is easy to assemble, and use. It is compact and folds, which makes it perfect for small places though if you are tall, it may be too small for your stride. I am very pleased with their customer service and that they stand behind their products. I would purchase from this company again.

I ordered the treadmill on June 8, 2022, when the treadmill arrived the box had some holes in it, but when I opened the package nothing was scratched or damaged. When my friend started assembling the treadmill he got stuck on the first step when he was trying to unfold the treadmill (it wouldn’t go straight up and was stuck halfway) we watched the Assembly video many times and it was going up easy in the video but it gave him hard time for 35 minutes until all of a sudden it swiveled straight up! After that it was a smooth ride to finish it up. I have been using the treadmill for the last 5 days and I noticed from the first time I used that the cupholder is not in 90 degrees angle to hold the cup straight up so the liquid won’t spill if I’m using a cup and not a bottle. And I can’t put a bottle in it cause it’s too short to hold it; unless it’s small one…any jogging or running will cause it to fall down. (I wish if it was made deeper and perpendicularly so it can be exactly vertical and up right). Also, the side handles are too short; I gotta be too close to the screen display in order for me to hold the edge of it. (I wish if it was 5-6 inches longer). Another thing that I’m struggling with is the tablet holder; it’s too narrow. I can only fit my iPhone or my iPad in there after I take them off their cases. That is inconvenience (I wish if it was wider). I hope that they could add organizer pocket to be attached somewhere on the treadmill for me to be able to hold things like (TV remote, glasses, phone…etc.). Or add it as accessory for the current treadmill. I have noticed while I’m walking on the treadmill a loud noise coming out of it every now and then and it would stay for 30-45 seconds then it would disappear. It’s annoying but I hope that there is a solution for that and it wont be persistent. But honestly I like the size of the treadmill, it does not take a lot of space even when it’s unfolded, it has settled nice screen display that looks neat and well laid out. Its not bulky and can fit nicely with the other furniture in any room. The most amazing thing I experienced is the customer service specifically from the agent Alice; she always responded in timely manner, and always had a solution for all my questions. So I really thankful to her. ***Updated Review *** (March 2026): I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from this company, specifically from Christina, the Senior Channels Performance Specialist at Spreetail, and her management team. I purchased my treadmill in 2022, and while it had minor issues from day one, the situation recently escalated to the point where the machine was no longer usable. Even though I was well outside the standard one-year warranty window, this team worked tirelessly to make things right. Here is why they deserve 5 stars: Product Replacement: Despite the expired warranty, they made a special exception to ship me a brand-new replacement unit at no cost. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Expert Problem-Solving: Because the order was older, it was no longer accessible in the Amazon system for a standard refund. Instead of giving up, Christina communicated with her manager and Amazon for days. When Amazon couldn't process the refund, the company issued a full refund of $434.49 directly to my PayPal account. Transparency & Communication: Christina was professional, empathetic, and kept me updated every step of the way. She even provided an adjusted invoice for the new replacement unit to help me with my records. Integrity: They were very honest about their service limitations (like in-home assembly), but they provided the refund specifically to help me cover the costs of hiring local help for assembly and the removal of the old unit. It is rare to find a company and a specialist like Christina at Spreetail who value their customers this much years after a purchase. If you want a treadmill from a brand that stands behind its products and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend them! Even with the cons I mentioned in my unboxing review, I’ve decided to give this 5 stars because of the amazing service.

Easy to put together. It came damaged but not enough to not allow the machine to work. So I charged it to the game. First go round I started it up and also my Apple Watch. I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes it said I burned 77 calories if I recall correctly. The time and distance was correct but the calories and heart rate were not. The incline works and the speed works so again I chopped it up to the game. I got the warranty so maybe I will call them and see if there is anything that I am missing or they can help me with. The Bluetooth works great it has a charger port and auxiliary I have not had to use yet. It also has 2 cup holders. I wish the handle bar was in front by the cup holders as I find it awkward walking with my arms to my sides cause I feel like the handles are to close to my arms and hands. I am glad i got it cause o am using it trying to lose some weight., walking on my lunch break or whenever I feel like it..

I actually bought this to use at a rental home my wife and I stayed in for 2 months while on vacation in Florida. I own an expensive treadmill at home. This unit is no for anyone taller than 5' 8" as your stride will be to long. I have a disease that makes me unable to run and sometimes I even find I need to support myself by holding the side bars. This treadmill is perfect for someone wanting to walk fast and perhaps hold the sides while doing so. I do not think if I were younger and looking for a treadmill to run on during foul weather this would suffice. My last comment is that this is extremely easy to move and store away. The folding mechanism is outstanding and easy to use, and once folded the unit has wheels for moving around. Lastly I did not assemble the weight holders in front. The basic assembly was very easy and required I think 8 bolts that were tightened with tools that came with the unit. For the price this is an excellent buy if you are a smaller individual and/or elderly and looking for something to just use for walking fast or on an incline.

We contemplated on getting a treadmill for a while. We were looking for a treadmill with all of the basics - different speed options, an incline option, foldable for easy storage, and a place to plug in device for music. I have looked at several options, including brands that are more expensive. A friend recommended that we try this one after being extremely satisfied with his. After reading the reviews and looking at the features, we decided to order this one. We are so happy we did because it has all the basic features we wanted for a good price. It is very sturdy despite it being foldable, which is important for us in a home with kids. Although we plan to leave it in one corner of our basement from now on, it’s so nice that we can easily fold it up and transport it to another area if needed. It was so easy install and it didn’t take long at all. It has all the basic functions we needed for a good work out at home, especially during the hot summer weather now and cold winters later here outside. As a bonus, it also comes with a handy rack for dumbbells storage. It comes with dumb bells and a floor mat for other workouts. I love how it stores everything neatly. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the product. I am glad I have a treadmill to work out on while the baby sleeps without having to go out. It is so hard to find time to work out being a mom of a baby so it’s nice to have this option at the comfort of our home now at an affordable price.

**Updated review 1/30/24** Stuck in a full incline position & has an awful squeak when walking on it even with being oiled & maintained per manual instructions. Pretty disappointed it’s malfunctioned already. For the price of these things I would have expected more than a year or two out of it… **original review** This seems to be a great Treadmill for the price. It is compact to fit in small spaces. Easy to assemble. Took maybe an hour to put together by myself. It was missing a screw & a nut, but costumer service was very responsive & quick to send me new parts. Only thing I wish I had realized was that it is calibrated in kilometers rather than mph, but that doesn’t take away from the performance of the machine.
