The media could not be loaded. It was easy to install. The challenge was adding a reverse osmosis (RO) filter to the faucet since there is no vent. I had to buy a tankless RO which doesn’t need a vent - I got a waterdrop branded RO and just didn’t use their included faucet. One more point. Kraus customer service is great. My faucet had a small leak. I sent a video of the issue and they replaced with a new one in a couple days. ... show more

I purchased Kraus because I don't want to drill another hole on my countertop for an undersink RO system. Install was super easy. I got it done with just a screwdriver. I love the 2 in 1 design and am happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Faucet was a great addition to the kitchen 2 years ago. Facuet funtions in the sense of no leaks and features work. 2 starts for buying a product that meets expectations. I noticed this wobble in the neck one night and decided to investigate tightening it. Turns out not all models have this solid neck and the spring goes all the way to the base. After contacting Kraus, this particular issue is not fixable and would require replacent. For $200 I expect more then this... ... show more

This is really great, it allowed me to install a reverse osmosis water filter under the sink without having to install a separate faucet. Thus saving counter top space and the cost of hiring someone to cut a hole on my granite counter top. great value!

Due to multiple time adjustments with filter system,cold water 3/8 fittings washer worth out easily,and the 3/8 female connection instead of ordinary tubes edges circle the washer,it came in one piece whole flats inlet alone with female nut,witch is major causes for the rubber washer tearing out easily,creating leak and hassle! ... show more

The faucet is well made and has no lead in its construction. Puting it together was easy and it is very convenient having your filtered water spout in your kitchen faucet, no extra holes needed.
