    • Poorly made.
Yikes, was this an awful product. I'm shocked that it carries the Kowa brand, but clearly the same engineering team that made an awesome scope was not involved in the design of this case. The worst part of the design was the stiff straps inside the hinged zippered flap that opens when the scope is in use. These are meant to hold the plastic cap, but it looked like it could slip out and be lost. Plus the stiff straps folded backwards towards the optics and would rub against the glass if you decided to shut the cover without the cap on there. There was a piece covering the focus knobs that attached with velcro and can be removed, but they failed to use the same concept for the piece covering the quick release plate which can be zipped open but not removed. And for travel, the case didn't feel very padded. ... show more

High quality, protective and easy to use while on the scope. Would be 5 stars if the bottom velcro strap were completely detachable to make it easier to use while routinely attached to tripod. A bit pricey, but it is protecting a $3000 scope.

Fits perfectly with 25-60x eyepiece. After adding a tripod quick disconnect, the lower flap is slightly short to close with the velcro. However, it does close. Good quality scope case.

    • Unreasonably expensive but better than nothing
For what you get this is insultingly expensive and there isn't anywhere near enough padding to protect a $2,600 scope. If this were $50 I'd still not think it was a great buy, but at least I wouldn't feel like I got taken on the price that was inflated simply due to the quality of scope it is made for. ... show more
