I've had this little aquarium for a month now. When it arrived the pump didn't work. I contacted the seller and in a few days I received not just the filter pump, but a whole new aquarium set. Within a few days the filter pump started sounding like Darth Vader and I figured it was going to die and I would just have to spring for a different pump. I changed the filter even though it had only been a few days, and miraculously it went back to running so quietly I could barely hear it! I added some aquarium pebbles, a cave and a little tree thing. My betta seems to enjoy being able to swim more than a few inches without bumping his nose. So everything works, fish is happy and I'm happy. ... show more

Everything was fine with the tank and filter but around a month after use the lights stopped working.

UPDATE: I did get a replacement light kit from Koller free of charge, which is fantastic. However the replacement light fixture has the exact same problem. It is not water-tight. Condensation occurs in the LED strip and corrodes the connections and it is hell trying to turn the light in/off. I like the tank itself but now I’m just going to buy a completely submersible light fixture and affix it to the lid of this tank. Given the price I shouldn’t have to worry about this. I haven’t had any other problems with the tank thus far. I ordered this aquarium roughly 3 months ago and the light unit is no longer functioning. It doesn’t stay on when I turn it on. Water has gotten behind the cover which I’m guessing causes the issue. I really like this tank otherwise and if you get one please look into marine silicone to seal the light unit so this doesn’t happen to you. The motor is quiet, my tank stays clean and my fish are happy. Just wish the lights worked. I'm going to try to contact Koller to get a replacement and will update this if I have any luck. ... show more

Well I love it... Other than three fact the pump does not work good at all, and it stopped completely working.. I'm so disappointed ☹️ don't know how to get a new one.. I cleaned it very often and it still quit working after just a few months If that
