    • Can a trash can be sexy?
This one is! It’s sleek, tailored, and sexy. We have a small household, so the dual bin works fine, but they are tiny! If you have a larger family, you probably need to opt for the single bin, and order separate trash and recycle cans. The design aesthetic of this trash can, though, is such perfection. Compare it to the clunky, oddly shaped competitors, and you’ll see what I mean. The Koehler is less expensive, better looking, and top quality. ... show more

    • Love it!
Love this. I live by myself so it’s plenty big for me. I think even if you have 2-3 people. I guess it depends on how much trash you produce. I have more for recycling than trash and I only empty recycle side maybe once a week. Love the lid, keeps my dog out of it. Now I have more space in my cabinet where I used to keep the trash can. Got black stainless to match same in appliances. Looks great! ... show more

My first can arrived damaged and clearly noted by the sender in a sealed container as damaged bent. I thought this cant be possible. I opened the box and it was. I thought well it is a perfect match to my existing appliances, so I sent it back for a refund and ordered another one, which arrived in perfect condition. To the positive side, this can fits my small kitchen perfectly. The black stainless steal matches my appliances. The price is double Than what wanted to pay for a trash can. Because it is pricey I lowered the rating. The quality is good but cannot give it exceptional i feel that the steel may be a little thin and delicate and more susceptible to bents and dents. overall it looks beautiful and the size and function is just what i was looking for. ... show more

So I had to return this item twice, first one came in with a huge dent most likely from ups, this box don’t have the best production for ship, I understand cost. Anyways the second one had a smudge from probably the decal or pad printing of the logo, from previous reviews someone tried using goo gone to remove the smudge. I’m not even going to bother. Now idk know if I even want to bother returning it, it’s such a hassle. So far it’s nice and compartments is a must if you recycle. Other than that it does it’s job and I love the spring door that comes down slowly, I would give it five stars but the smudge and poor packing would be a star each. ... show more

    • I would buy this again.
I particularly like its ability to handle recycling and garbage in a compact (and covered) can—with a foot pedal. It fits well in our condo, where space is tight. I also like that it takes tall kitchen bags of any kind. BTW there is a small hole near the top each of the plastic pails where you can pull extra bag material through to make the bags fit tightly. A nice touch. ... show more

    • Way too expensive for being so messy
This is SO HARD to change bags out! They get stuck on the edges of the top of the container. Not worth the money. I didn’t want to separate 2 small baskets so took them out so I could use 1 l’âge bag and it’s a nightmare every-time I try to change bags. Bag gets caught and rips every-time.

    • Wonderful design and convenient removal
Solid product and design. Wish I got the single larger (trash only) bin due to size. That said, having both in one place is nice. They just fill up fast.

    • Really Nice
We've been using this for about a month now, and are seriously impressed with it. It looks amazing in our kitchen, is sturdy, and holds just enough to make it until recycling pick-up in our neighborhood. Very glad we bought it.
