Feel heavier and more premium than a regular stainless steel saucepan. It also matches my Hexclad frying pan really well, but it’s much more affordable. The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this saucepan! The stainless steel feels solid and durable, and the honeycomb nonstick interior works wonderfully—nothing sticks, and it cleans up in seconds. It heats evenly and is perfect for sauces, soups, or boiling small portions. I also love the clear lid and comfortable handle. Plus, it works perfectly with my induction cooktop. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen!

This does seem to have better heat distribution than my cheaper pot, and it was easy to clean by hand. I don't think it's dishwasher safe - it doesn't actually say one way or the other anywhere on the box or on the instructions (except to hand wash for first use), so I'm assuming it's not dishwasher safe. I do wish I had known that before buying. The honeycomb pattern is gorgeous, and the size is great for pasta or multi person meals.

This nonstick stainless steel saucepan is outstanding and one of the best we have seen out there. It is thick and made with great material and is absolutely a delight to have in the kitchen for some refine cooking of making a custard, cremes, and sauces. The saucepan has a lid to keep things in place and to avoid an spills. The sauce pan looks amazing and the handle is very well done and the lid too. It has a hole to let some steam out, which is great value for the money and provide a burn resistance thanks to its great design. The sauce pan is easy to clean and it is perfect size for us: holds 2 Quart, which is more than enough for us. This is such a great add to our cooking tools and it is such a great gift for home chefs and food lovers.

I'm reviewing "KOCH SYSTEME CS Stainless Steel Saucepan, 2 Quart Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Sauce Pan with Nonstick Honeycomb Interior, Hybrid Sauce Pan with Lid, Small Steel Pot, Stay Cool Handle, Induction Compatible" which I received via the VINE program. I have a set of aluminum sauce pans that I'm phasing out in anticipation of eventually replacing my electric glass top stove with induction. So when I saw this sauce pan, I decided to try it out. I used it on the burner that will allow for both a small and large diameter pan. I used the small size as that matched the footprint of this pan. I just boiled some pasta for a quick dinner. It did come to a boil quickly and the heat was pretty even across the pan. I checked with an infrared thermometer. The handle got surprisingly warm, not to the point I couldn't hold onto the pan, but it would have been more comfortable if I had held it in a towel or pot holder. It also cleaned up very well in the dishwasher. The lid also fits well. I have other pans that have this same honeycomb interior and I do find that it is good at releasing food particles when cleaning up so I like it. All in all, I am impressed with this pan and would not hesitate to get another in a larger size.

The Koch Systeme saucepan is a good addition to our kitchen. The saucepan is constructed well and quite good looking. The finish is very good with no imperfections. We cooked multiple different items with it including stir frying, sautéing and even boiled milk for a specialty tea. In all cases it performed well with very even heat distribution and no sticking. Even the milk did not get scalded. It also cooked quickly with medium to low heat on our induction oven. Didn’t need to use the higher settings. The only one detracting design is the glass lid and the metal plate securing the grab. Water gets into the space between the plate and the glass very easily as shown in the picture and will cause the area to stain and worse. Some kind of a silicone ring could have easily kept the water out. But it is a minor point and not worth taking away a star especially given its cooking performance. Highly recommend at its current price point.

Good stuff, pans, handles and lids are solid and well made heats evenly and quickly. Super easy to coean. Great alterative to stainless steel. We have Hexclad frying pans, these are not the same caliber but for 1/4 the price I'd ather have these saucepans
