Been using for a couple weeks now and I am impressed. Heavy pans that heat evenly on my induction burner. Ive done over easy eggs, steaks and sauces with no issues. I cook a lot and so far so good. The one thing I would recommend is to keep some bar keepers friend on hand to help remove spots from things that do occasionally stick.

Premium Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Set with Excellent Variety

This KOCH SYSTEME CS cookware set feels like a serious upgrade for the kitchen. The 5-ply fully clad construction gives the pots and pans a substantial, heavy-duty feel, and I like that the layered construction extends throughout the cookware rather than being limited to the bottom. The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is one of my favorite features. There is no traditional nonstick coating to worry about scratching or wearing out, and the pans work especially well for searing, browning, simmering, and making sauces. With proper preheating and a little oil, stainless steel is very versatile. The variety of sizes in this 21-piece set is excellent. Having 8-, 10-, and 12-inch frying pans makes it easy to choose the right pan for different portions. The 2- and 3-quart saucepans are useful for everyday cooking, while the 5-quart Dutch oven and large 7.5-quart stockpot are great for soups, pasta, stews, and family-size meals. I also really like the 4-quart deep frying pan and steamer insert, which add even more versatility. The included utensils and trivets are useful extras and make the collection feel very complete. The cookware is compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops, so it is a practical set even if the kitchen setup changes in the future. Very Good Quality, Even Heat Distribution, & Durable!

I love this 5 ply stainless steel pots and pans set. There's over 20 pieces so there's a piece for every need. I like that there are even 3 utensils included, a few lids and some pot savers to keep the pots from scratching together. These pots and pans are heavy duty and have some weight to them. They do not have a non stick surface but if prepped and used properly they can be non stick. The cookware is easy to clean and does well in the dishwasher but I prefer to wash them by hand. Each pieces looks nice and the lids fit nicely, there is also a strainer / steamer included for steaming veggies or straining noodles. I have a glass top stove and the pots and pans seem to heat evenly so everything cooks nice and thorough and even. Overall this is a really nice cookware set, it does a great job of evenly cooking everything I put in them, there's over 20 pieces sp you are sure to have everything you need to prep and cook a meal. They are durable and made with good quality materials. In my opinion this cookware set is a good value and I would recommend this product!

Solid pans once properly seasoned first

These cook like a set twice the price, but you have to be willing to show them the respect they deserve. The metal is thick and heavy in the hand; the pans really feel substantial, and the lids seat well without rattling open. Not All-Clad, mind you, but the build quality for what I spent was really surprising. What I'll say is to make sure you season the surface prior to cooking. I failed to do so on my first cook using the 10" pan and ended up with scrambled eggs and other food stuck and having to be scrubbed off the pan's surface. I know these have to be seasoned, but I totally forgot I hadn't seasoned them yet. Once I seasoned the cooking surfaces, everything works very well. When taken care of, these things last forever.
