I picked up this walnut knife display case to show off a new set of knives we received as a gift, and I'm really pleased with it. It's a very well-made case—the quality feels solid, and the hinged tempered glass door gives a clear view of everything inside. The overall look is really nice, and I love that you can either hang it on the wall (hardware is included) or just set it on a table, mantle, or desk. A few things to note: "Lockable" is slightly misleading. It does have a secure metal latch, but there is no actual key lock, so don't expect it to be tamper-proof. It just keeps the door shut. The slotted shelves are great for holding folding knives or military discs/coins. You can remove the shelves to make room for bigger items, but they are not adjustable; they only fit in the provided slots. Overall, it's a classy functional way to display collectibles. We love having our knives displayed where everyone can see them, and I know our grandkids will be happy to see their gift showcased so nicely.

First, let’s be clear: this is not made of walnut. It’s a pet peeve of mine to label a product as “walnut” only to find that it is merely stained a walnut colored stain. They did a nice job staining this display case a walnut color but it’s not made of walnut. Ok now that I’ve gotten that out of the way: this is a nice display case. I really like the the shelves are removable and you can customize the exact height of each shelf. I likely won’t use this to display knives but if I did it would likely hold 6 or 7 pocket knives easily. I will probably use this to display miniatures I’ve painted or retro handheld game consoles. The back of the cabinet is covered in a soft velvet/felt to help protect the wall. The display also comes with all the necessary hanging hardware. It’s lockable but doesn’t come with a lock. It came fully assembled and ready to hang! I likely won’t be locking it anyway. Highly highly recommended. Great quality.

This knife display case is even nicer in person and really well made. The walnut finish looks rich and smooth, and the tempered glass door gives it a clean, high quality look that shows off the knives perfectly. It feels sturdy and solid, not flimsy at all, and the details make it feel like a premium piece. The removable shelves are great for arranging different sizes of knives and the grooves keep everything in place. It can be mounted on the wall or set on a shelf which makes it easy to fit into any room. The packaging was secure and everything arrived in perfect condition. It is a beautiful way to show off a collection and definitely worth it.

I have a bunch of watches in a cardboard box, so I'm using this as a display case for them. The case looks really nice. The sides are real wood and the door is real glass. It's larger than I expected. The depth of each row is enough to fit a watch with lots of room to spare. The rows are removable, so you could use this as a baseball card display or for larger items. I think this would be cool for an art project. The latch on the side doesn't have a locking mechanism where you can use key. You just close the hinge. I would have preferred a lock just to keep the kids out of it. It did some with screws and hardware to mount it to the wall.

This solid wood knife display case offers plenty of space for small, medium and larger pocket knives. It seems all of my pocket knives can fit in here, either open or closed. The case is well thought through, with groves in the wood for the knives to sit on, a soft felt backing, wall anchors, and a solid glass front door. The glass door needed some polishing upon arrival, but looks beautiful with some attention. Outstanding functional display.

This display case is just what I needed for storing and showing off my fixed blades. While I initially considered it for some of my prize folding knives, my need for fixed blade storage was greater. Made of wood, this shadow box case comes with a tempered glass front, six shelves, two mounting brackets on the rear, and a single hinged clasp. Shelf Design & Functionality :: The case includes one fixed and five removable shelves, which are just under an inch deep and feature a groove running the entire length. This notch is a key design element, as it allows you to rest knife handles or blades in the depression to keep them from tipping. A Note on Durability :: While the clasp works well, I have noticed over time that the small door hinges have loosened, causing the door itself to droop slightly. This ends up misaligning the clasp, making it difficult to close. This isn’t a huge issue, but you may need to lift the door a bit when closing it to align it properly with the clasp. Installation :: The case came with two screws and two drywall anchors. Installation was straightforward and took me about 15 minutes. Overall, it’s a great case for displaying knives. Based on its functionality and the materials used, it is a good value, and I would recommend it to others.
