  • Quality unit for price
Size: 29 Gallon
Only used it a couple of times so far. Read some reviews about air leaks, holds 150 psi for a week without any air loss. Does take a little while to start building pressure with the 29 gallon tank, but once it gets going it fills pretty quickly. Used it to trim a couple rooms, it never needed to run with the larger tank. It’s easy to move around and haul in truck bed. It’s fairly quiet when running. I like the 2 hose design. Seems to be a quality unit for home use. I will update post if something goes bad. ... show more

  • Great Compressor, Worth The Money
Size: 20 Gallon
Very nice compressor, just put the wheels on and it's ready to go after the 15 minute break in period. I first looked at the compressors in Lowes and Home Depot and this is better than anything they carry. My old Husky compressor finally gave out and I thought this might be a little small because it's 20 gallons and the old one was 26 gallons, but this one pumps to 175 PSI and the old one would only reach 150 PSI which I think means there is about the same amount of air in the tank. I was a little leery about this new one because I read reviews from some people on here reporting air leaks, but mine has no leaks and is sitting in my garage holding 175 and I'll let it hold it overnight and see how much the pressure drops. So far none at all. I like the presence of two connectors instead of the single connector most compressors have, but I don't have a use for the second one yet. If I could wish for a feature that it doesn't have, it would be a place to put my small accessories like air chucks and tire pressure gauges, but I am only nitpicking. This compressor is about half as loud as my old one, and that's a very good thing. All in all this is a great compressor for the ordinary home user. Buy it! ... show more

  • Pretty Impressive
Size: 20 Gallon
GLAD I GOT THIS! I was gonna buy a replacement like the one I had, which was a 29gl, but this 20gl is more than enough! Powerful, quiet(er), and that 2HP motor gets you back up to psi pretty quick. I do like a smaller size compared to the old one, since, again, it more than delivers what psi I need.

  • Best blow for $$
Size: 20 Gallon
I like it. Big upgrade from what I had. Followed the break in instructions and was easy. Not as loud as I thought either.

  • Good buy, and well made
Size: 20 Gallon
Nice replacement for my last unit which lasted 20+ years. Hopefully this will turn out as well. New unit is much quieter, and operates at much higher pressure. Seems like even with a pretty big tank, the motor kicks on quickly and runs a long time to keep up. Maybe the ratings (cfm) are a bit optimistic? Every box store I frequent has similar units, for considerably more money. A good buy, and I hope for the best ... show more

  • Plenty of pressure and fills up pretty fast
Size: 29 Gallon
Had it for several months now and it gets used quite a bit. So far so good, decently quiet and plenty of air pressure to keep up with my air tools without having to stop and let the tank fill up constantly. So I like it 👍

  • DANGEROUS DEFECT – SWITCH BYPASSED, ARC FLASH INCIDENT – LEGAL ACTION PENDING
Size: 29 Gallon
I'll give you some background on myself before you read this review. I am Maintenance Manager for a very large Production Plant. I have 16 Years of experience and posses a EE Electrical Engineering degree, I also have 20 years of Mechanical experience and have a very well understanding of motors, pumps and alot more. That being said I would like to share my experience to anyone looking to do business with Klutch. I ordered this equipment through Amazon despite seeing some negative reviews, it looked like a hit or miss. I happened to be one of those "Unfortunate's Individuals." Description and specs: It fit all the required specifications for the applications, I needed it for. This includes pressure rating, CFM and Electrical requirements. I had ordered this compressor two weeks prior and this unit was not delivered on the provided delivery date. First I called Klutch directly, the customer service rep informed me there was nothing they could do to help me and I had to message there Amazon E-Commerce division. So then I messaged Klutchs Ecommerce division regarding the date I should have received it and was informed that Klutchs E-Commerce division with Amazon had lost my entire compressor unit and it was never shipped. Best part on that aspect of it I was never notified about it. There E-commerce division gave me a refund and I found that they were not able to send me another unit because of the contract that is outlined with Amazon. Klutchs E-commerce divsion would not do anything to help me get another one on order. Instead I had to order another one despite this first inconvenience. I "had" (Keyword) a very pressing Job where I needed this compressor for my Business. I will say that I lost this customer. It is ultimately my fault for trusting Klutch to deliver and ensure I had this unit in a timely and professional manner. The fact that it was lost by Klutch's E-commerce division with Amazon is an extremely large failure on there end. Second go around: Once I received the second Air compressor that I had ordered and I will note that it was delivered on time. However, once I started the break in procedure per the manual instructions. See below for the following notes I have made for all current, and future customers looking to do business with Klutch. April 16th 2026: This product presents a serious and unacceptable safety hazard, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to proceed with extreme caution. I purchased the Klutch 29-gallon 120V/15A air compressor and followed the manufacturer’s break-in procedure exactly as instructed. During operation, I discovered that the unit could NOT be turned off using the power switch. Upon inspection, I found that the switch was internally bypassed, meaning the compressor remained energized regardless of switch position. This is a fundamental electrical safety failure. Because of this defect, I was forced to disconnect the unit under load in order to stop it. This resulted in an electrical arc flash event, which could have caused serious injury or worse. No consumer should ever be placed in a situation where they must interrupt power under load due to a failed or bypassed safety control. Let me be clear: 1) This is not a minor defect 2) This is a critical safety violation 3) This unit should have never passed quality control or left the manufacturer 4) You are selling a pressurized vessel air system with a non-functional shutdown mechanism, which creates a compounded hazard involving both electrical and mechanical energy. This represents a failure in: 1) Manufacturing integrity 2) Electrical safety compliance 3) Quality control validation I am formally documenting this incident and preserving evidence, including internal wiring conditions. I will be pursuing this matter further, including escalation through appropriate regulatory and legal channels if necessary. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, I strongly recommend you document everything immediately. Do NOT operate this unit without verifying that the switch actually interrupts power. This product has the potential to cause serious injury. This is beyond unacceptable, it is dangerous and negligent!! ... show more

  • Great air compressor
Size: 20 Gallon
Works amazing and it’s really nice having an oil free unit in my shop. Holds air well and doesn’t leak. Has plenty of of capacity for everyday use. It’s a bit noisy but it doesn’t bother me at all. Seems very durable.
