This will be the last and only chair I buy from this company. The package arrived earlier than expected which was nice however the issue arrived when assembling the chair. The chair bottom should have had FOUR holes but instead only had TWO as shown in the picture above. Needless to say, this made assembling impossible since the only way I could see doing it was to drill the holes but that would have damaged the product. Luckily, KKTONER responded quickly to Amazon's request for a return and I expect my refund shortly. Although, I will say that the fact that the only way to contact the company through E-mail was frustrating. I thought I could save money but in the end, I should have just gone to my local Office Depot instead. ... show more

So old saying is you pay for what you get, so if I can get a year out of it I'm happy, The Stitching quality isn't the best so depending on the use of the chair I could see the stitching tearing away from the material The lumbar support bracket is a little short I wish it was actually built in to the seat, I'm afraid like most low end chairs if it's a wood backing rather then metal the thread inserts will eventually pull out even with the chairs arms for supports, environment can cause changes in wood that will effect things like thread inserts, because wood expands and contracts... The pump feels strong, but I want be at this desk much I really got everything as a bedroom filler wish I just brought a sofa and table to read at... So to sum this up if this is for a desk that you only plan to sit at a few times a month, it might be for you but on a daily basis you might won't to spend a little more money to get a quality chair ... show more

We bought this chair for my 13 year old son, who is an avid gamer. This chair was assembled in about an hour, and looked fine. However, after sitting on thr chair just a few times, we noticed that the quality was very poor. The arm rests would come loose very often and need to be retightened, and then we noticed that the chair had a small lean to it. Shortly after, my son had tried to sit on his chair like normal, and it broke entirely. The weld on the bottom that holds the seat in place completely broke (see photo) and the chair is junk already. Very poor quality. Amazon did take care of us and did issue a refund. However, if you are looking for a quality product at an affordable price, this isn't it. ... show more

not at all as good as described! cheap built, not sturdy enough for my 77 yr old 149-pound body. pullout footrest will not hold one foot/leg without bending the metal tubing. Back is totally uncomfortable the way its curved, lumbar support? the afterthought pillows included are not a bit helpful. chair wobbles because of the improper post/ hole sizes. I purchased this chair because I wanted a small recliner for my bedroom to RELAX, watch TV or use at my desk. A seasoned Gamer wouldn't/couldn't, per my 16 yr old Grandson ... show more

In assembly: The screw holes were not raised to the surface for you to find, they are buried deep under the material, which just has crude holes cut out, not even in a uniform size. There's some effort to hunt and find most of them, and I took a good few minutes searching all but a couple of them. The retaining screw on the footrest is loose enough to pull out by hand, it didn't fit and is very flimsy. The piston had no cap to it, and only pressure keeping it to the upper chair assembly. The footrest seems shoddily welded in spots. No sharp points, but it looks like a DIY from home. (See picture) There is a loose string from the stitching on the armrest straight out of the box. In use: The footrest only extends to the middle of my calf, and I'm average height. The lever to stop the chair from leaning back doesn't actually lock it in place. It just leaned back less and made many popping noises. Leaning against the headrest was all it took for a half-dozen pops and the chair to lean back even farther. The whole chair is actually pretty noisy. Leaning or moving around at all will make it pop every time. The lumbar support is just a throw pillow and is not adjustable in any fashion, the head pillow has an elastic band you slip around the top and can't be adjusted either, but unlike the footrest it actually reaches where it should, for me. All in all, I just got this chair and opened the box today and I have a lot of concerns. ... show more

Nice chair, a bit if a challenge To put together- missing some Sort of screw to hold the foot rest onto the chair, so when it gets pulled out you need to be careful or it pulls all the way out and falls Off. Had to reset the brackets that hold the footrest on because they were spaced too close together and the footrest bars would not even fit into the brackets. When I purchased the chair I was a little worried, one the reviews, and also the delivery was delayed, I thought amazon lost another package again. Well the chair is great, it has some flaws. the first thing is the screw does not fit, they drilled the hole to big. not a big deal, just get a bigger screw. I like it a lot. It is worth buying, they even gave extra bolts for it, did not need them but, good to have them. I will update if there are any problems. Update, I find that the arms on the chair have issues such as losing over time. I will keep updated on any other issues. ... show more

I've had the chair for for about 5 months and it's been a uncomfortable chair the whole time. The leg rest is uncomfortable and feels like it doesn't belong and today one of the legs where the wheel is just snapped on me. I'm not a big person either, I weigh about 200 lbs and it just snapped on me. Chair is all plastic pretty much. Just spend the extra 40 bucks and get a GTRACING gaming chair. ... show more
