I bought this mainly for relaxation and health benefits. It was pretty simple to assemble. I had to buy a battery for the remote. It takes a long time for the tube to start producing steam inside. I have no stool so I’m sitting on the floor with my legs crossed which is uncomfortable. It says two people sauna in the description and it’s not big enough to fit another person. The price was pretty good so I wanted to try it out. I do like the fact that once it gets hot I really broke a sweat, so I’m trying to like it. I will try it once more and see if I have a better experience. It definitely needs a chair for comfort. Overall, it’s okay

I like it. Not for people who are tall though. The plastic hoses seems a bit flimsy and not durable for the amount of heat and steam this thing kicks out. You will sweat and feel refreshed after you shower before and afterwards. Be sure to air dry it and spray it down with a gentle cleaner and rinse it in the shower and you will be good to go. I used essential oils and it helps to relax you with aromatherapy as well. Good purchase, not for everyday use. If you want to steam everyday something more commercial and durable would be better.

Very easy set up, less than 5 minutes. Convenient sauna at home instead of going to the gym or spa. Great value for quality. You'll need a short camping/folding chair or stool, preferably one that is easy to clean. I prefer a plastic stool to sit up straighter for the neck piece and ease of moving around. You'll also need to purchase one "watch battery" separately, CR 2025 3V.

Easy assembly has give me a lot of relief and it’s extremely warm sometimes it can get a little bit too hot I wish it came with a cheer though but a plastic stepstool would be suffice for this unit
