I just received this item from. Apparently it says it’s brand new however when inspecting the box one of the ends of the box is ripped and looks like original packaging tape has been ripped open and reused. I contacted customer support from Amazon and stated that they couldn’t do anything, it was sent from the manufacturer. Update: I repurchased this from the manufacturer to gamble and see if I would get the same thing. Not only did I wait the same amount of time to receive this item, paid less than what Amazon was charging. It was a perfectly sealed box, without the “New” sticker, and has been running amazingly. Runs great, got off warehouse all it was a slightly dinged up box was brand new had all the peels. Performance is close to a 4080 (non super) got for ultrawide 3k gaming works great for that.

Product- excellent performance (~6 hours of use so far) One of the display ports does not support hdcp HDR randomly turns on and off Yes I have checked all of the settings some pieces looked as though they were already opened (some tears on the booklet) the listing did not distinctly say if it was new, used or open box Shipping- delivery person was nice but GPU was shipped in a box without bubble padding so it had room to slide around Overall would recommend. ... show more
