Great pans, heat on medium heat. Heavy but not too heavy, quality pans Easy to clean. Even cooking. Do not use spray oil on pans as instructions share this interferes with the non-stick coating. Oil spray builds up and then sticking occurs. but Olive, vegetable, any oil can be used. Interesting. I did research and found using spray oil is not for any manufactured non-stick pan. I have never had a square frying pan and now I never want to be without one! Perfect for bacon, fried eggs don’t stick, just wish there was a square cover to eliminate spatter! All of them have been a joy to cook with.

Updated: I returned this set. It might be fine for people who don't cook much so I'm leaving it at 3 stars. But, for my family, we cook a lot and I felt they were too lightweight to stand up to regular use in our kitchen. I just unboxed this set and should probably put it right back in the box. I am quite surprised at how lightweight these pots and pans are. They feel incredibly cheap. I have not decided yet if I will try them out. This set was purchased based off of the positive reviews I read. I think they may all be bs. I can't believe I paid this much for a set that feels like some cheap t-fal. ... show more

KitchenAid Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pans/Skillet Set, 8.25 Inch and 10 Inch, Onyx Black: Used, very good. Pans arrived in excellent condition with the original wrapping still on. My old ones needed replacing, and I was glad to save some money by buying used to get good quality pans. Both pans sit well on the burner. Just have to remember to keep the heat on medium instead of medium high, which I usually use. (Cooks slower, but less odor that way.) ... show more

I've had these pots since 2/8. I handwashed them, which is recommended. Not dishwasher safe. I've made breakfast 3 times so far. Nothing stuck to pan. It's also not recommended to spray with nonstick sprays as that will cause a buildup. So far so good.

I’ve only had this pan for a short time but it seems a good investment. It’s lighter weight than I would have preferred, but other features offset the lighter weight. Will have to see how it performs over time.
