These are greatest little can opener, I’d never had a battery operated or a side cutting one before. The 1st one got the round rolling guide bent when my husband jerked it off a can it got stuck on and I had to order a new one. Say goodbye to sharp lid and can edges. This small electric can opener is almost magic. Just set it on the top of the can and push the button. It cuts the lids off and when remove the lid, its edges on the can and lid are smooth. I will never go back to a traditional can opener again.

This worked well but in less than a year it didn't cut well anymore. First I thought it was the can type then we changed batteries but it still doesn't work anymore. A lot of money for something that worked well for only six months.

I need an automatic opener due to a problem with my right wrist. I open three cans of green beans every four days for our dogs. Two cans will be removed with no problem and a third can will be a problem. It can happen on any one of the cans. Is it a problem with the can or the opener?
