So far, I love this nugget ice maker! It doesn’t take up much space, it’s quiet, and makes perfect nuggets in a short amount of time! I recommend this ice maker!!! And it’s a great value for the money!

This is a really cool lil gadget. Takes a few ice dumps for it to start producing full "tear drop" cubes. I lovey fridge but the ice maker has always been an issue so this is nice to refill it when needed in a pinch. I also take with me to family functions and it's always a bit.

Ok so I’ve mulled over whether or not to buy an ice machine. And I found this one. I read reviews and compared and thought to myself it was a no brainer. I drink iced coffees and make shakes etc so ice is essential. Let’s start off with opening the box. As I opened the box I noticed the bottom of the ice machine wash scratched. I thought nothing of it so I continued to open and unpack. I read the directions and it said to clean out and rinse the place where the water goes. And to drain by pulling the plug underneath. I did as so and water came out of the machine before I ever even put water in the machine. Which has lead me to believe this machine was used and then returned and then comes me to buy a used machine. If that isn’t bad enough — I went on to try and make ice. The ice comes out partially melted and when I stick in my ice bucket in the freezer. All the ice is stuck together in a huge block. Leading me to then ice pick the ice 😩 Not happy w this machine but since the box is gone already I can’t return. Guess I’m stuck w this. Not noisy. It’s as big as you could imagine a counter top ice machine to be. Simple to use but I don’t think it serves its purpose.
