Let me just start by saying that I rarely leave reviews or have the time to do so but these chairs are worth bragging about. To start, they are gorgeous, blending gray and beige making them versatile in different color schemes. I love that you can choose different leg colors to help bring out different tones and features in your space. The quality is top notch- I can tell they were designed with longevity in mind especially with the contoured legs. Assembly was very easy and the instructions were helpful as opposed to other chairs I’ve assembled in the past. Aside from selling great products, what truly sets this company apart is their customer service. We purchased an umbrella from them in the past (another great product) and had an issue with receiving both boxes to complete the purchase and customer service was prompt and courteous. After looking for months to find new indoor counter height stools, I came across these and purchased 6 for our kitchen island. I only needed 5 but now I have an extra in just in case. The cushions are not as thick as I would have liked but they are comfortable enough. It is difficult to slide onto the chair from the side due to the short "arm" of the stool but we are getting used to pulling them all the way out and then sitting in them.
