This swing is very nice. It can be put together with only one person but two definitely makes it easier. We don't use the bed feature so I can't really say much about it other than it's a nice feature to have. The seats appear made of good quality fabric and strong stitching. I've seen other reviews where there were stitching issues but mine seem fine. I've also seen reviews about the awning not staying in place. This is true. No matter how hard you screw it in it will tilt down. Eventually. It don't while in use but if we leave it and come back another day it will be tilted down. This is not an issue for me. I just started tilting it down after we were done to save it the trouble. It seems to be very sturdy. It don't sway while swinging. I've not had it long enough to say anything about fading. Still looks brand new.

First of all, we love this swing. It is very sturdy and well put together. I had a problem recently when we were out of town. One of those Florida wind storms hit my neighborhood and the swing tipped over into a plant we had in front of it and it ripped the canopy (see pic). That plant is no longer there :). I sent an email to Best Choice Support asking for help and they immediately responded. Not only did they respond but they fixed the issue for me. I would consider this exceptional service on their end since I was out of my warranty period. I can't say enough good things about this company and look forward to buying more of their products. Love this swing. Wish I could give it 5 stars but I just can’t. Very sturdy and high quality. My problem is with the cushions. The bench itself is a nice sturdy canvas, but the cushions are 3 separate “seat” cushions. Back and sear same but 3 cushions sit side by side. Nice thickness on cushions but they are silky and slippery. They don’t stay in position well. We are going to go buy some sew on Velcro and sew a strip on top of the back part of the cushion and have it Velcro to the back of the bench. Might also Velcro each sear to each other (because right now they are all over the place and not sitting the same. We night also get some shelf lining mats to put under the seat part. Frustrating that we have to do this. But of all the swings I saw, this is super well made and has nice and high weight limit. So it’s worth extra hassle to keep the cushions in place. If the cushions had a strap to secure to the back to keep in place this would 100% be 5 stars. Easy to assemble and sturdy- 5 stars for those 2 parts. But absolutely AWFUL for the cushions and how they won’t seat in position. Cushions thick enough and comfy but just slide out of position too much

Ours was shipped with directions for another swing altogether, so we opted for a return. Without directions and a parts list, I had no idea if all the parts were included or not, nor how to assemble it. Amazon rapidly refunded our money, but told us to just keep it anyway. Rather than just send it to the dump and being sorta handy, I tackled trying to figure out if I could assemble it anyway. With much support and assistance from my wife holding parts together, we got it assembled after a fashion. Can't say it is exact and whether we were sent everything that was supposed to be included, but we do have a form of it in our yard. Many of the parts required some pressure to force them into alignment to join them. I couldn't recommend this item to someone not pretty handy with how things go together and enough strength to flex tubing where needed. Upon completing it as best we could, we both find the sitting angle is problematic and it wants to slide the sitter out on the ground. Have to keep your feet on the ground to keep from slumping down and out. The cushions don't have any fastening method I could discover to keep them firmly in place, so they want to slide as well. Thus, I just don't like this swing and cannot recommend it to anyone. I doubt I will ever sit in it again. Maybe someone else has a better experience. I MUST say that Amazon could not have been more supportive in refunding our money! Had they not told us to just keep it anyway, I'd not have even attempted to assemble and use it. Even in its current form, I doubt we will keep it long, but I just cannot bear to simply throw things away, if I can figure out a way to make them work. To me, this thing just has a very poor sitting angle and it cannot be adjusted, as far as I can tell.

PROS: This swing is comfy, sturdy and looks very nice. CONS: The instructions are awful and there is nothing to hold the cusions in place so they slide down and are not even (which really messes with my ocd!) Overall.....the swing is nice. I recommend having 2 people ready to put it together and make sure one of them is good at reading bad instructions!! I'm thinking about getting industrial strength velcro to hold the cusions in place.

My sons purchased this swing for a Mother’s Day gift. After 2 months we had a bad storm and it got blown over and the canopy was torn. I called customer service and wanted to purchase a canopy and told them I know it is not a warranty issue. They advised they did not have a replacement canopy but would see what they could do and get back to me. 2 days later they called back and said we know this isn’t warranty but we are sending you a whole neww swing. I was floored!! They care about the customer!!!! Received the new swing about a week later. I will make purchases from them in the future even if they are more expensive for the fact of customer service!! Thank you for replacing my swing as you were under no obligation to do so.
