This took longer than expected, but did come in eventually. The box is very heavy. The assembly directions are easy to understand, but you really need two people to assemble it. We were able to get it all together in about an hour and a half. It looks great and is very comfortable. I love the sun shade, though it does move in the wind, it won't fix in place.

Nice swing. Comfy. But the sewing on the canopy was already coming apart on a small part, and one of the metal bars must be slightly bent because the swing it’s minutely crooked, but doesn’t affect usage.

All the parts arrived safe and sound. The box was a little bumpy. There was plenty of tape to hold it together. The instructions were a little challenging but common sense helps. Process of elimination is the name of the game. If the six big bolts are the only bolts that fit in the main frame, obviously that’s where they go. I recommend putting it all together loosely first. I had the seat “E” parts backwards and I had to flip them. Luckily, I read reviews first so I didn’t tighten any bolts. I also screenshot the review pics of the seat frame where the clips are facing inward so that came in handy. Thank you to that person. I didn’t have to use spare parts off my old one as someone reported. However, I am considering transferring the 4 main frame pole shoes off my old one. This one does not have pole shoes so the poles do dig into the grass. It does sit lower than my old one but that’s good for me. The cushions are cheap comfort & not a firm mattress. I plan to use my old ones off my old swing when these fall apart. The new cushions are cute. They have buttons on the top half so you always know which side is for the butt and which side is for the back. My old ones were always a flip, look, and maybe flip again. The canopy has a two sided framework. It’s easier to take off before thunderstorms because I can just roll or wrap the canopy around the side frame and put it in my car trunk or whatever until the rain stops. My old one with the four sided framework was similar to taking a lightweight sheet of plywood off before thunderstorms. I can see how this two sided framework canopy may flap around on a windy day. Personally, I like it. I’ll probably take the canopy off on windy days. The frame and bolts are all sturdy so far. It didn’t seem flimsy when I sat on it. I did not test the bed position but I can imagine without a firm mattress (upgraded cushions), it might not be comfy for me personally.

We have had this swing for several months now, and I am disappointed in my choice. It arrived in a timely manner, assembled easily, and looks like the picture, but that's where the positives stop. From the start the adjustable frame that the canopy attaches to was never able to be tightened to stay in position if there was any wind. The canopy itself has no structure to it and blew off immediately. We just removed it altogether, rather than fighting it every time the wind blows. Most bothersome is that the seat of the swing is not tilted to allow drainage nor has any built-in provisions to drain, so water just pools on it after it rains or if sprinklers hit it. This means that the cushions cannot dry either, because they are sitting in pools of water on the seat, promoting mold and bugs. It rained overnight, and after a long day of sunshine and heat, I am still not able to sit on it at 8:30 pm because it did not dry out. Same thing yesterday. I can take the cushions off and dump the pools of water off, but it's awkward to do and always moves the entire structure because it's pretty lightweight. Plus, if the cushions get wet, even after I dump the water, the water from the cushions will drain off and re-pool on the swing, continuing the problem. I am actively looking for a new swing. This was a huge waste of money.

After purchase, husband and I went to set it up and quickly discovered all of the hardware was not included. After contacting the seller, we were informed they were aware everything was not sent as parts were "out of stock" but that a percentage refund could be given so we could then go purchase what was needed, i.e., beware, a trip to the hardware store may be in order. With that said, the sellers were quick to respond after we contacted them. As for the swing itself, it appears to be sturdy and exactly as advertised. Folding it into the bed is quite simple although it does seem to have a slight slant. For one person, this is not really an issue, but if you had two people, it may become one. The material is not as top of the line as some and the fabric/cushions are somewhat thin. They seem to get dirty quickly (as evidenced by the 2 day pictures), but also seem to wipe up easily. The biggest issue is the seat cushions; they only sit on the bottom. They do not attach to any part so sitting down means they move on you which can be quite annoying as they seem to slip a little while rocking. Otherwise, for the price, it's not a bad product. If your looking for something basic, not pricey, and not super luxurious, this will get the job done.

Husband and I set up in under an hour. Materials all there and seemed to be good quality. Hardest part to set up was canopy. Sits comfortably and has a nice rocking to it. Perfect for some summer reading. Color is as expected!
