Very happy we ordered this adjustable bed frame. Worked out perfectly with our mattress and everything feels solid and secure. I’m a heavy snorer when I sleep and have been looking into all kinds of different solutions (it disrupts both mine and my partners’ sleep). A friend suggested an adjustable bed frame, so I jumped on Amazon and came across this one which seemed to fit my needs. So far so good! The setup was straightforward and came with everything needed. The motors are really smooth and seem strong giving the feeling they’ll be reliable. The remote is easy to use and wireless (which is nice) and lets you make plenty of adjustments. It was very easy to setup and it works like a charm. It's definitely quiet and the remote is simple to use. It's not extremely fancy with all the bells and whistles like the USB and massage but it does fine without all that. I would recommend it, I assembled it myself. It's a little heavy but just unbox it and move all the pieces close to the assembly spot. One thing that would have been a nice addition, extra legs for more height, sits a little low. ... show more

The bed frame is partially put together. It's a bit confusing getting out of the box to start with. It's not difficult to put together, but it's confusing if you've never seen one before. After you get the frame put together, directions say to flip it over to put black padding provided, on the edge of the wooden part of the frame to help hold the dust cover, also provided on. We're not finished yet, but we can't flip over, no room and too heavy for us. I think we're going to enjoy it. Much longer than 30 minutes for us to put together. ... show more

The frame has 4.25 inch gaps between support boards and it does NOT work well with a purple or foam mattress. You can feel the gaps between the support boards when you sleep, even with a 11 inch thick mattress. The frame was mostly simple to build, it was a little confusing on how to unpack it, but once we understood the directions it took a little more than an hour to build it which is fine. But what I have a problem with is that there are 4.25 inch to 5 inch gaps between the support boards and that isn’t advertised very well. Since there is a very thin sheet that goes over the frame boards the pictures make you think that this is maybe 2 or 3 solid boards with no gaps, when actually it’s 5 boards with large gaps between them. Also there is about 10 inches of space on the left and right sides where the mattress support boards stick out from where the metal frame support is, meaning for 10 inches on either side there is no support for the mattress and if you sit on the side of your mattress you can feel it flex under you. The boards are covered with a thin felt material and made to appear thicker with pieces of foam on the edge, which overall feel cheap. The black bars across the bottom of the legs also add to appearance of heaviness despite being a platform bed. Not loving it but can’t return it since it’s fully assembled. ... show more
