This bed was easy to assemble and released so much pressure from my lower back. The light is useful if you need a nice light on the floor if you are looking for something under the bed or just need light in the middle of the night. The quietness of the bed is unbelievable. I have a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and it is compatible with my King size mattress. This base is very durable and sturdy, my husband is about 240 lbs, and height is 6’4”, it works well for both of us. I love this product! ... show more

I read a bunch of helpful reviews, plus the price, and decided to purchase this adjustable bed frame and I am so happy. Yes, this thing is heavy as you-know-what and you will need help getting it inside. Once it was hoisted in the house we used a moving blanket to scoot it to the bedroom on the hardwood floors. And, btw, the reason why it's so heavy is because its sturdy and seems well made. SUPER EASY SET UP, I didn't hear my husband swear one time. I love that the material around the frame is a little padded so if I accidentally whack my leg on the corner it won't leave a mark. Let's talk about the massager; holy moly - it has three settings and the last setting practically shakes the whole room - its no joke. The lighting underneath is just like a night light, not too bright. The remote lights up so you can see at night and has a bunch of settings so you can adjust or pre-set. I ordered this bed for my elderly mother. It came earlier than expected which is always great! It arrived in 2 boxes, one contained the mattress and the other the bed base. We unpacked the mattress first so that it could unfurl completely and fill out. The delivered boxes on the front porch were heavy but bringing them indoors was the hardest part of the set up. Putting the base together was nothing more than screwing the legs onto the frame and plugging up a few wires. The instruction sheet was very clear. The bed has worked out great for our needs. Ours is queen size. There are many features that will not be used much in our situation. There’s a charging port on one side and afoot and head massage feature. An under carriage light is a great subtle night light. The mattress is comfortably firm. The bed is easy to make. There are extensions for the legs if a different height is desired. We are satisfied with the cost, the quality and the service. I’m not offering a photo because my mother is asleep in it 24/7😂 ... show more

    • They don’t set it up. Mattress not that comfy.
This bed is great for the price. Very comfortable. But Buyers should be aware that there was no set up in room as indicated by the details, maybe it depends on where you live. There is no way to add this at check out. Haul away was later, not the same day. Update: after sleeping on this for awhile now, I have to say the mattress is not all that comfortable. I had to purchase a topper and I’m still not happy with it. Will most likely purchase new mattresses and that takes away from the savings of buying online. Update Jan 2025: I contacted Amazon and asked if theyu would exchange the mattress? they ended up refunding the whole thing, without returning the bed. Now that’s customer service! I will be ordering a new mattress. Easy set up basically put the legs on, plug it in and set the remotes. Mattresses fill out very fast. Glad it was 12 inch. And has adjustable leg height. I am so happy with this purchase! We bought a much more expensive sleep number adjustable base a year ago and it never worked. It would work for 3 days and then have a connectivity error that I would have to reset the whole thing or call in about. I had people out countless times trying to fix it. They finally let me return it after a year and we saw the great reviews and much more affordable price for this one and decided to try it. It has worked every single day consistently and we are so happy. The only thing I wish it had is a partner snore button that I could hit on MY remote when my husband snores to adjust HIS bed. I also kind of wish there was a button on the bed to return to flat as the remote is hard to reach on my night stand when the head is raised. But I have just kept it with me in bed when it's raised. We don't keep electronics in our room at night so the USB on it isn't used but might be nice for some. It's also adjustable in height which is nice. We have it on the highest setting but I can see the lower setting being nice for elderly. The massage is weird in my opinion but my husband likes it. It is really more of a vibration than a massage and it's very loud. ... show more
