I read a lot of reviews on this item and it pushed me towards buying this product. I'm glad I purchased this product. It is heavy, but very doable to set it up yourself. Just unpack, stand it on its side, slowly lower it to your bed frame and slide it on. Very well made, quite motor, very easy to use. Remote very simple to use and isn't over complicated. Massaging part works very well and help you fall asleep faster with its vibrations. I highly recommend this product, it has all the things you need, different position settings, USB ports both sides of the frame, massager head and foot, lights up under the bed, place to hold your remote. You get a lot for a very reasonable price and a very good adjustable bed frame with a zero clearance. The one thing that doesn't work well is if you are putting the frame on your slats or even a box spring the lights do not shine to well under the bed because of them being blocked/covered by your slats. Just suggesting might want to move location of the lights just because of this reason but overall a great product.

A few years ago we got a similar adjustable bed from Mattress Firm at a discounted price since we also purchased a new mattress at the time. We were in need of an additional adjustable bed (but not another mattress) and went back to Mattress Firm to see about purchasing one. Unfortunately, since we were just in the market for an adjustable bed frame and not a mattress, too, there were no real deals to be had. The salesman (who shares the name of my favorite sandwich) even made sure to tell us that any of the adjustable beds we could buy on Amazon would not be sturdy enough for our Purple mattress and two full sized adults. We did not even mention Amazon, he is the one who brought it up. So, anyhow, we had to investigate the deals on the Zon after having no luck at Mattress Firm and found this adjustable bed. It is great!!! Even better and sturdier than the previous one we got at Mattress Firm. As a bonus, this one has massage (more of a vibrate but it is nice) and an under the bed light which helps when navigating our small bedroom at night. It shipped quickly, delivery was no problem. It was very heavy but my husband and I managed to unbox it and get it in our house with the help of a wheeled dolly. Assembly was simple. Price was great, especially compared to the ones we priced at Mattress Firm. We are very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this bed!

Just unboxed my new Cal King Adjustable Bed Base and very amazed at how well packaged and pre-assembled everything was and the noticeable high quality materials from the solid frame, to electronic components to motor and fabric materials. Also, was amazed when purchased the base because the price was much better than the more costly and cheaper quality looking options, especially for a CALIFORNIA KING which unfortunately have to buy everything for a CAL KING online as your retail stores do NOT sell anything for Cal Kings in store other than shams which...pun intended is a Sham ;) As with the other reviews, YES it is VERY HEAVY and getting it up stairs is a task in itself, which would recommend 4 guys to do but we did it with 2 people up 16 carpeted steps. The unboxing is very easy with 2 strong people as all you have to do is open the box flat, twist on the 6 legs and then carefully coordinate the lifting onto its side and then lowering it into the final position you want it in your room and then connect the adapter to the plug which is neatly attached underneath and waiting for you on the very side of the base and then plug your power cord into the adapter and your plug into the wall and install the 3 batteries into the remote and wait for 30 seconds for the remote and electronics under bed to sync and you are done! Again, very impressed with the packaging and the pretty simple "plug and play" ease of set-up, but again recommend 4 guys to move boxed item to room of choice and ensure beforehand to have the area of where planning on putting clear of everything so can open box and lay bed base flat right there and then 2 strong people will be enough to move it into place once twist in the 6 legs on bottom. I will have to say, if you are planning on moving soon or current plans of location of the bed may change, then I would strongly recommend to wait until you plan on living for a long time and not plan on moving the bed for a long time, as again, this thing is HEAVY and I do NOT want to have to move this thing for years to come!

The motor is extremely quiet, which is nice. We like the remote and how easy it is to control the different adjustable settings. We had a company carry it into our house and do the set up. However, it did look really easy. I was just intimidated by the weight of it. The only thing we’re surprised by is every time you use it the mattress shifts. My husband has to keep kneeling down and pushing the mattress back to the headboard. maybe all mattress adjustable foundations do this? We’re just finding it odd and are afraid that personal belongings on our headboard are going to get caught and smooshed (like my IPad) when the mattress changes its location. We really like how it looks and the clearance lets you vacuum underneath. It appears to be very quality made.

I received the bed a day earlier than expected. I’m 62 and was able to bring the bed in the house, set it up and plug it in within an hour, by myself. Two people would have made it much easier and I don’t recommend doing it by yourself. That being said, this bed works GREAT with my NovaForm mattress. Solid construction, no assembly needed except for screwing on the six legs, plugging it in and putting batteries in the remote. Get it! You won’t regret it. Money well spent. Carson Durham
