DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought this for my daughter for christmas - and I bought it on a prime deal day in October - I didn't realize how terrible it was until it was too late to return it. The design and usability is terrible but beyond that - she only rode it 4 or 5 times before it gave an Error code and now doesn't work at all. I called the customer service and of course they don't have anyone to answer the calls - just was told to leave a message and hope someone returns my call. ... show more

I purchased this item for my 7 yr old granddaughter and once it arrived, I put it together for her. Once outside hit wouldn't which to the fastest gear and stayed in 1, which is about 2mph. I contacted the seller and after no resolution I decided to return for a refund. It's defective and the seller wanted me to pay for the return shipment.
