I ordered this on 1/10. Immediately noticed the box was in rough shape. I attempted to repair it but it was nearly in half. Damaged in shipment. I contacted the seller and within an hour they replied back and made it right! The kicker subs are awesome. The amp is simple, but works. This is a great starter kit. I received a broken box upon arrival. Reached out to the seller and the seller had ignored my request for a replacement. But other than that the box sounds awesome and the bass hits better then I expected

Sub box was destroyed when I received it the shipping box didn't look terrible until it was opened up. Requested to exchange it and I'm still waiting for a replacement.
