This is really nice, well made scooter! I grew up with the razor scooter (well.. I never had one…) and so that’s what I can compare this to. I got this for my 8 year old nephew, but both myself and my sister can fit this scooter comfortably, so it holds weight up to adult sizes well. The board is wider and maybe even longer so it feels more secure (as an adult, my nephew is on the smaller side and struggled at first) and the break is big and hard to miss. It rides smooth and feels stable and sturdy. The color contrast is really nice, a good gender neutral color as well. It’s not really light, but I think that’s why it feels so sturdy even as an adult on a child’s scooter. It folds up pretty easily, and opens easily and the lock/unlock for it to fold up is instinctively placed so it was easy to use right out of the box. I’d say, even though this is advertised as a child’s scooter, it’s definitely an all ages scooter, maybe just use the max weight as the guide instead of age. This scooter is a great upgrade from the traditional “razor” style scooters with rollerblade wheels. The larger wheels make it much smoother and faster on blacktop and concrete sidewalks or driveways, and the sturdier base adds confidence while riding. Collapsing and carrying it is simple, and installation was so easy that my preteen son figured it out on his own. The only downside is that the adjustable T-handlebar sacrifices a bit of sturdiness, but so far it has held up to a week of pretty heavy use. Overall, a solid choice for kids who ride hard!

This is a pretty nice scooter. It is extremely compact when folded and sets up in seconds. Functionally everything locks into place quite well when deployed, so no worried about it folding on you while in use as long as you lock everything down. It is marketed as being for children 5-12 years old, however it is rated for up to 240lbs so most adults can use it as well. When riding it moves very easily and the motion is smooth. Just be sure to remember that the brake is activated by stepping on the rear fender. This also seems to be well built and durable, which is a good property for a child's toy. This is a decent value at $66 and would make an excellent gift.
