This is probably designed for an entry door but we have a door into our garage that you can open from the inside whether it’s locked or not resulting in getting locked in the garage and having to bang on the door or fish out the hidden key to get back inside. This seemed to fit the bill. We wanted a simple keypad lock and didn’t need it to have an app or connect to WiFi or all that jazz. Installation was fairly easy. The included strike plate was significantly different so I just left the existing strike plate on and it works perfectly fine. I did have to chisel out the edges of the recess for the plate that goes around the latch, ours had rounded corners and the included plate has square corners. Not a big deal and not the fault of the product. Instructions are pretty straight forward and it didn’t take long to install. Once installed, added batteries, set our code and it seems to work great. I like that you can hit any button to get the keypad to light up and then enter your code, push the enter button and you’re good. You can turn the keypad beeps on and off, put multiple codes in and set it so that it auto locks from 5-99 seconds. I set it at 99 so if we pop out to take the garbage out or I need to grab a tool I don’t need to re-enter the code to get back in. Just turn the knob, walk back in the house and it auto locks on its own in 99 seconds. The knob itself is fairly heavy and seems nice and sturdy. Time will tell on the durability but I’m very pleased so far.

I got it for the garage. This way I can hide a spare key for the house in the garage, and if I ever get locked out u have access. Also got tired of forgetting my key to the garage door and having to go back inside to get it. It works great. It feels sturdy and like high quality. Installation was super easy and set up was just as easy. The codes you can input are basically endless, and having a master code and other codes is great just in case you need to remove access for someone while you’re away or whatever. Probably the coolest thing, should you ever need it, is it has a usb port underneath of it so you can hook up one of those battery packs to it in case the batteries die and you don’t have the key handy. I’m gonna keep using it for the garage, as it’s been a couple months now, and if in a year or so I still like it I will definitely get one for the front door. Having the ability for the kids to be able to enter the house or to leave the door locked but create a one time code for the plumber/hvac/electrician would be an awesome ability. Especially that one time the boiler cleaning guy accidentally locked his phone in my house while I was at work lol

Very pleased with this product. I purchased two of them and installed them without any problems. It has been a few weeks, and I have used several of the features. Appears to be a quality product, durable and quiet enough. —excellent product, worth the value. I will come back later and advise about the battery life.

This door knob works well and it is an easy installation. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the outside door knob doesn’t sit far enough away from the door. You can’t really get your hand behind the door knob. Pay attention to the measurements in the picture. You will see that the outside door knob has shorter “neck” than the inside.

Sorry, but must tell on US Makers! This was lowest cost by far. I therefore suspected Poor Q BUT NOT. Schlage and Honeywell product mechanically failed across several units in less than 1 year each - Last Honeywell malfunctioned in 3 months. AND those were 4 to 5 times more costly! The Design of this door knob is exceptional and very very reliable. The mechanism is exquisitely simple and actually elegant in simplicity. It is not over designed or under designed. I believe it will remain reliable for years. I am considering replacing all entry door knobs.

We picked this up for our side garage door and it's been great. Installation was quick and only took around 15 minutes. Programming was pretty straightforward. The only thing I’d mention is that the font in the manual for setting up codes is really small. It would be nice if that were a bit easier to read, but once we got it figured out, everything worked smoothly. Being able to set temporary guest codes came in handy when someone was watching our pets. The numbers light up at night, which makes entry easy in the dark. It also feels solid and well-built, not cheap like some others we looked at. It’s made it through a full Michigan winter with snow and rain and still looks and performs like new. Compared to many other smart locks, this one is priced really well for the quality and features you get. If you're looking for a simple, reliable, and durable lock, this is a solid option.

Love door lock no more keys. 4 digit code door open and locks it self . Give 5 stars on quality, easy to put in , and you have 9 digit code when Friends with you so they dont know your code. 15 min to install on my door .
