Really happy with this. Easy install. It has a multitude of options for entry. Fingerprint works most often unless really wet/cold outside. Code entry works well otherwise. Keys light up when code is initiated. It does have an indoor switch to prevent fingerprint or code entry (been bumped several times), so it is important to have a key as well (I made several for all family members). I expected the batteries to drain quickly, but they have held up quite well. I would recommend this item

Love this Smart Lock! Super easy to install. I love that there are many options to use to unlock the door. I love that I can carry all my groceries in and not have to try to unlock the door with a physical key. I also love that if you forget to lock the door, it will lock automatically. No need to worry if I forgot to lock it or not. The color and design is super sleek and modern. A great addition to the home. 10 out of 10...would highly recommend!

The installation is ok . But the set up doesn’t work for me . I still can’t get these to set up. I have five of these and they are the worse locks I have ever seen. I’m a home builder and the instructions are wrong and the paper instructions are so small you can’t read them. They suck.

I would have originally rated this lock with a two (2). However, after working with it and learning about it, I give it a full five (5). My first issue was that it seemed to only generate random keypad codes. All my other locks allowed me to enter my own code.Well so does this one but it did not just jump out at me. Once I saw the "Custom" keypad option, that objection went away. Works like a champ. The second thing I had issues with was the "fingerprint". I could not get it to consistently recognize my index finger. I programmed it before it was installed and I suspect that was the problem. I could not get my finger in just the correct place after it was installed because of the door jamb. After installing I did a thumb print identity and it seems to work very well. Having the keys and fobs just make this a great solution and a very good value for the price. Would buy another.

The media could not be loaded. It's my 6th day using ,this lock so far going good , easy to install for me . good price good deal , I give it 4 star 🌟 because is my 6th day of using. good features .oh the apps in store name ( TTLock ).advice if your leaving with out a key 🔑 and the admin devoice leave anilock switch on unlock 🔓 why ? Fingerprints or key card won't work

I love! I was skeptical at first due to the unfamiliar brand. It was so easy to set up and it can connect to multiple phones- you just download an app. It’s great! It also will beep if you don’t have the door shut all the way, etc. I love the automatic locking feature after the door closes also- great if you have little kids!

After having this for a few months I decided to review it. Easy to install Easy to program Some fingerprints have to be reset because it stopped reading them. Out of nowhere it starts saying error when no one is even trying to unlock. If you fail the log it takes longer than other brands to allow you to re enter the code. The lock and unlock symbol are not illuminate making it hard for to to lock or unlock at night. The indoor safety lock is very sensitive and you can lock yourself out. (Luckily you are able to unlock it with your phone) I placed a piece of tape on it so we won't lock ourselves out. Overall I give it a 3. Wife still wants me to take it off. She is not to happy with it. We have another one different brand in the garage and she is happy with that one.
