It was easy to install and really easy to set up. There are so many ways to lock and unlock. I created a code for my handyman and will give a code or fob to my granddaughter. When patents come to visit, I will give whatever they prefer. Good price and good fingerprint recognition.

Sometimes it doesn’t unlock with my finger print. It’s nice with app I can lock and or unlock the door without actually having to go to the door. It notifies me when someone unlocks the door with their finger print or fob. Was pretty easy to install and set up. I would recommend!

I use this lock on an AirBnB apartment and it's works great for remote access. It allows me to set up codes that expire when the guests check out, I can see when they arrive and when they leave. Customer service is quick and reliable. I called customer service but they were closed and they returned my call quickly. This lock performs exceptionally and is the best investment as compared to other more expensive locks. Very easy to install. Attractive looking, very smart lock. Works as advertised. Multiple controls -Bluetooth, Phone App, Wi-fi with included Gateway to have remote control, makes this lock real smart and easy to operate. It is very easy to customize, add/delete/program access codes, remotely. Exceptional after sales support. Only negative, if any, is the battery life. Lock actually employs Bluetooth communication to the Wi-Fi Gateway which has to be placed within a certain distance as compared to true/direct Wi-Fi lock units, for example, manufactured by Schlage. Together, auto lock feature and the Bluetooth communications shorten battery life. One can not control Bluetooth which is always on but I would suggest not to use perfectly working auto lock feature to extend battery life. This product is a game changer, I’ve always wanted a door lock with fingerprint and after reading a lot of reviews from other seller I decided to go with this one. I’m not handy and has never installed a door lock before, it was super easy to install by watching the video they provided. The door lock works like a charm! The lock was easy to install and worked great for 8 months. It was nice that my 3 kids didn't have to worry about keys. I was also allowed to let people in and out of my house when needed even if I was not home. Then it stopped working. The lock mechanism wouldn't turn with the keypad or app anymore. It would function as a regular lock using the key. I contacted customer service and they were able to mail me a replacement lock. They were very kind and professional over WhatsApp. The only thing is is that they work in China so you get a better response in the evening or overnight hours. ... show more

I use these locks on two rental properties. They have all the features I need at a very reasonable price. I've only ever had one issue when the motor failed and it was diagnosed and a replacement shipped within 24 hours.
