The delivery was very fast, same day delivery. It works with batteries which is perfect for me since I don't have patience to be recharging it lol. It also works through a mobile app in which you can lock and open the door and also set guests, overall the product is amazing! I want to inform our future customers that my express my disappointment with this smart lock. Despite its sleek design, the "smart" functionality is entirely non-functional. I found it impossible to register an account on the app, the key card reader failed to recognize the provided cards, and the fingerprint scanner was completely unresponsive during setup. Currently, the only way to operate the lock is with the manual physical key, defeating the purpose of a keyless system. This is unacceptable for a security product

Thus lock is dope. So far so good. I did buy it early 2024 however when it was almost $150. The low ratings all seem to be this year when the price reduced significantly. Maybe they bought a bad materials vendor and need to go back to the original. They do need to clean the scanning ID on the instruction manual from fraudulent websites.

Perfect replacement for my rear outside door. Installation was easy and straight forward. You'll need a drill and 3/8 drill bit to make the bottom handle hole if not present. Template is provide for the hole to drill and lined up perfectly. Keypad and finger print setup are a breeze with the TTlock app. App installed easily and recognized the handle assembly within 8 seconds. The app is easy to navigate and straight forward. The handle assembly is made very well, heavy, smooth, and lined up perfectly with all included hardware. Well worth the cost of this assembly.

This door lock worked great for about six months. After that it just quit working. We tried resetting the lock, resetting our router, deleting and reinstalling our app, but nothing. There is absolutely no customer support contact information either on the product listing page nor the manual that comes with the lock. Let this be a cautionary tale for those of you looking at this lock as a low budget option.
