I’ve used several smart locks in the past, but this one takes the crown for being the most reliable and feature-packed by far. The built-in WiFi makes a huge difference-no need for a separate hub. I can lock or unlock my door remotely from anywhere, check the lock history, and even issue temporary codes for guests or service workers straight from the app. Setup was straightforward, and it integrated effortlessly with Alexa and Google Assistant. I now lock up using voice commands, which is surprisingly convenient when my hands are full. The anti-peep keypad is a clever touch-you can enter random numbers before or after your real code to keep prying eyes guessing. From a hardware standpoint, this thing is a tank. It’s made from military-grade alloy, handles extreme weather like a champ, and feels solid every time I use it. I especially appreciate the auto-lock timer, which adds peace of mind when I forget to manually lock up. Would not recommend. The lock goes offline multiple times a week.. the app you use for it is anything but helpful. The battery life is terrible. Needs 8 batteries and died within the first month of me having it. It’s cheap and everything shows for it. The lock still works when offline, but i find it useless when I’m trying to see who is coming and going from my house. There’s no actual settings within the app itself. Likely will look into different brands.

The lock is pretty good and functions as it should. The app is not great. Of specific note, the app allows you to set a temporary password for a specific date range, but you cannot specify a time. This makes the lock unusable for rental properties. Additionally, the app is clunky and not user friendly. This is probably fine for those who will set a code and never mess with it again, but it's frustrating for those who update their codes frequently.
