I installed the Heantle lock with the G2 hub and chose the TTlock software to integrate it. Armed with a hard key; a pass code; a couple of IC cards; a fingerprint reader; and an app; if you can lock yourself out with this lock you are trying to. You can misplace most of these tools, but if you lose your fingerprint there is pain involved. Even then, it can be programmed for multiple fingerprints, so program some spares. If you manage to let the batteries die, there is a USB C port under the key cover that you can use to jump start it. The motor had plenty of torque to run the bolt in and out. If it doesn't, there is probably some misalignment involved in the installation. The only (small) disappointment is that for a left-opening door the inside manual bolt operator is sideways for unlocked and vertical for locked. ... show more

This took a little time to figure out. One set of instructions we received said in order to lock, we must hit the # and 2 buttons consecutively. After doing more research, you only need to hold the # sign after waking up the lock. We suffered through a lot of frustrating lock attempts before figuring this out. The new keyless door lock is great! It seems to be a quality product and simple to set up. I had some issues with the keypad lock working backwards and I sent an email off with my concern and within 30 mins the seller tech support texted me to see if I was available to to talk about the issue. Edward from the support team talked to me and then Face Timed me to see the keypad on video and resolved the issue quickly. I was really surprised that it was a quick fix and Edward did a great job at explaining. Though they are in a different country, his English was clear and easy to understand. Thanks Edward, please give him a raise! I have not had any other issues with the product up to this point. I highly recommend this product, it doesn't have the finger print reader or anything fancy, but a great simple product that looks expensive and easy to use. After a lot of research, I opted to purchase the HEANTLE Smart Lock to replace our existing smart lock that quit working. The lock was very easy to install and setup with just a screwdriver. The lock installs without requiring you to drill into your door. My family really likes all the options to gain access into our home. Their favorite is the biometric option. No fumbling with keys, or punching in codes. The small access card is also a convenient option. The locking mechanism operates very smoothly. I highly recommend this lock. This front door lock set was so easy to set up. I’m proud to say I installed it myself! It came with an initial unlock code but eventually I was able to figure out how to input my own entry code. It had 1-button locking, making it nice and easy to secure your home on the way out. The buttons are clearly backlit to make it easy to see at nights, it's really friendly to me and my famlies. It does take batteries(4 AA) to operate. There is a light prompt when you unlock it by code letting you know when batteries low, so you don’t have to worry about it running out, even if the batteries die, the lock also has backup port/physical key for emergency opening. I love how I can set up the optional“auto lock”feature. This way, if I forget to lock it when I come in, it will lock itself. I appreciate having that peace of mind. ... show more
