The coffee maker is great and the only thing I was surprised with was that it did not come with the water filter holder. My other Keurig came with it. It wasn’t an issue, as I just ordered one. I just want people to be aware that they need to order it separately.

Much cheaper construction than my older Keurig models. Older reusable K-Cup coffee holders don't fit, and it doesn't come with a water filter holder. The water tank is cheap plastic. I don't know how long this cheaply built coffee maker will last.

Excellent coffee maker. Functions as advertised. Brews a rich, strong and hot cup and of coffee at the highest settings. Would recommend this product to anyone who likes the flexibility of the various settings for coffee strength and temperature. Also the coffee has a richer flavor overall.

I have a number of stainless steel reusable pods bought on Amazon with the 5 hole pattern. This item will not close, probably because they made a small change in the angle of attack as the points approach the top of the reusable pod. It works fine with disposable pods because the needles make their own holes in the top of the pod. I bought this to replace another K-Supreme model which died 13 months after purchase with only about 5 months of use in a seasonal house and Keurig was most unhelpful. Then I found YouTube videos showing how to remove the exterior and use a paper clip to reset a tripped overheat breaker. If Keurig had any concern about their customers, they would design the machine so the breaker can be reset without dismantling the machine. Overheating occurs if machine is in a sunny location, after descaling, or if the water reservoir runs dry. It was a poor design which has been failing thousands of times for several years, and Keurig does not bother to fix it. Maybe 3 stars is too many. ... show more

Absolute trash of a company, very cheap and mine came defective from Amazon. It turns on, I select size and brew, it makes a noise then stops, no water comes out. I'll try the replacement. This trash company is unreal.

Makes coffee fast and hot. Getting a coffee maker to make hot coffee...it's not easy. I like my coffee very hot. I do heat my cup in the microwave first even now.
