I love how quality this smaller countertop Keurig is. I bought it for guests as I am not much of a coffee drinker. However, it is so easy for my parents and my in-laws to use as they’re on the older side and not very tech savvy. There’s also no warm-up, which saves time, you literally put the pod in, close the lid and then select how many ounces you want, it’s that simple. It does have a smaller tank on it… While my parents were here, I had to fill it up almost every day, but each of them were drinking about 2 cups of coffee each morning. Perfect for guest, vacation home, someone who doesn’t drink coffee all the time, someone who wants to save a lot of counter space, or someone who doesn’t want to wait more than a couple of seconds to make a cup of coffee. ... show more

I hope to be able to increase this review rating. This is my 3rd Keurig. The first one lasted for 6 years. I am now replacing the second, which lasted 4 years. The printed and other available information has also shrunk. I could find no info with the box for obtaining parts and accessories. Since I’m a repeat customer, I already have water filters and holder, cleaning pods, descaling kit, and paper clip for cleaning the needle. This version required me to do one cleaning brew with plain water before using. The taste of my first cup of coffee was pretty nasty. I ran water through a cleansing pod, and then did one more cleaning brew. The second cup of coffee tasted right. My previous K-Express tank held 64 oz water. This one holds only 41 oz. So will need to refill more often. One of the features I really like is that this will make a 6 oz cup which is great for hot chocolate, tea, bullion cubes, etc. Three mornings later and I am enjoying the coffee! I was hoping the electric cord would match my maker and be white against the counter wall. Nope, it’s black, but at least not as large as that on my previous Keurig. ... show more
