Love this coffee pot I have 5 coffee drinkers in my house and I used to have a Hamilton beach similar to this but it would only last a year or so after replacing so many times I decided to spend alittle more money and try this it works great built durable it’s been over a year and it still works like new. I liked it so much I even purchased another for my mother and she loves her coffee pot. Great value for your money highly recommend ... show more

    • Not a good choice
I have owned tons of coffee makers over the years, this was my first Keurig. The single brew on this model worked great and made good hot coffee or tea. On the carafe side, coffee never brewed hot enough to finish drinking a cup before the coffee was cold. After a few months, the light appeared to "descale". None of the instructions worked to do this function. I went online to Keurig and none of the combinations of buttons suggested worked. In 14 months, the carafe side quite brewing. Showed an error message and quit. I threw it away. This model is not a good one ... do not waste your money. ... show more

Love that I can make a single k-cup and have a big enough water tank to then make a pot to take to work. Do not have to brew the whole pot before starting getting ready and do kot have to refill before brewing pot. Brews hotter than my regular drip brewer. Good for night owls that have to get up early ... show more

    • Decent Coffee Pot
So, we have been using this pot for about a week now. Overall I am happy with the purchase, so far, but there are a few things I wish this pot did... Our previous one was a Cuisinart "dual". There are things I like better with this Keurig K-Duo and a couple of things I miss from the Cuisinart. Pros: -The removable water reservoir (the Cuisinart has a small opening to pour the water in) -The ability on the carafe side to make 6, 8, 10, 0r 12 cups The carafe pours much cleaner than the Cuisinart (no side drips, which was a constant issue with the Cuisinart) Cons: -The "auto brew" set-up is a bit clunky. a lot of button pushing each time. -The hot plate on the carafe turns off in 2 hours. The Cuisinart had options for 2/3/4 hours. -No way to turn the hot plate back on without starting a brew cycle if you want more than the 2 hours it gives. -The lid is attached to the carafe, and there is a plastic guard that helps keep those drips from happening when you pour (which is great), but it makes it a little bit difficult to clean. *EDIT TO ADD* The attached lid also makes the last bit of coffee poured out of the pot kind of awkward. The lid flops open if you don't hold your thumb on the lid at a weird angle to keep it from happening. ... show more
