Got this as a Christmas gift and didn't want to like it, but I do! The coffee brewing is as expected. It's the ease of the milk froathing that I love! It's quick, easy to do and clean, and works well with almond milk.

    • Foamer stopped working after only 7 months
Purchased last August and the latte/foamer has stopped working already. We had another one for a couple of years and that foamer stopped working too, which is why we bought another one. We are very disappointed since we only use the darned foamer once or twice a month.

Bottom line - we love this coffee maker. I like the flexibility of a regular k cup coffee or a latte or cappuccino. It’s easy to operate. Takes about 3 minutes to make a latte. The frother works well. All very simple and intuitive. The only thing that gives me pause is occasionally a few drips of water come out before or after the coffee. No big deal, as it has a drip pan, but our old Keurig never did that. Of course, our old one never made lattes either. 🤣 ... show more

Bought this because of the frother feature. My husband makes lattes regularly. Easy to use, quiet and sleek design. We have had Keurigs before that didn't have the frother feature and were louder.
