Our new Special Edition Keurig K•Cafe C is a gem. Easy to use and maintain. Our daughters love the Latte feature. It also looks great on the counter compared to our older clunky Keurig. I have read that many people can't get the frother to work properly. I have done some testing on my own and have discovered that only true dairy products will froth properly. Soy, almond and coconut milk will heat, but will not froth properly. Same goes for non-dairy creamers like Coffee-Mate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, only what people are putting in it. To sum it up, hot coffee in 30-50 seconds depending on size and cappuccinos/lattes in 3 minutes. Great product, yummy coffee and less trips to Starbucks, et al. ... show more

    • REFILLABLE!!! No more expensive pods to buy!
This machine is sooooo much better to use than the Tassimo...we can fill the K-pods with expresso and enjoy our coffees at a tenth of the cost of which we were spending on the Tassimo unit. The frother, which u must use the lid while frothing, is WONDERFUL! We use half/n/half and millk. The 100% whole milk works great - such FROTH - WOW ..am impressed. I bought extra Keurig reusable k-pods ...have three of them - nice for company! ... show more

Easy to use with perfect results. I used milk, oat milk, and heavy cream and it handles them all. Way cheaper than my favorite coffee shop. Now, I stay home, save the cash, and avoid those tempting scones.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this for Christmas- so 5 months ago. The first 2 months were good. Then the frother started messing up. I messaged the seller and they couldn’t help. So i bought a whole new frother cup & a bunch of the magnetic rings for inside of the frother. It still is messing up. So it’s not the cup. It’s the machine itself. The past week I’ve been having coffee grounds in my coffee and the past couple of days the temperature of the coffee has been scourging hot to were it burnt my tongue which the coffee has never been THAT hot before. So the whole machine seems to be malfunctioning. We will either be throwing away the machine or returning it and getting a completely different type of coffee machine. ... show more

I love the pot! Nice to have a fairly large reservoir. Heats fast. Coffee has been great so far. Problem was with the seller. Very disorganized or something. I complained that we didn’t get the bonus pods. That’s all. They were great and said they’d send them out right away. Then I got another Keurig coffee maker, very nice. Gave it to my daughter.
