If you use it multiple times a day without having a direct water line put to it you can expect to refill it quite often. Right out of the box it runs as expected and does not take long to brew a drink. I dont drink coffee so I mainly use it for hot apple cider and it more than meets my needs for quality in that sense. Be careful when you select hot brew because it will be extremely hot which I enjoy since it stays hot longer. Would recommend if your wanting a keurig despite the steep price whether its for a business or home use like me its a great choice I think. Can use it for hot water to make cocoa or stir in grounds for coffee like my family member whatever may have you it should meet your needs. The one downside is I wish I could choose 16oz or 18oz to fill my thermos completely but it is a small gripe of mine is all. ... show more

This is a great coffeemaker overall. Brews fast, hot and consistently and doesn't reject pods like some others we've had. A few nitpicks. There's no auto on/off timer. It's either switched on or off, would be nice if we could set a schedule. IIt also calls for water earlier than needed but its an oversize reservoir so that's not really a big deal. Looks great in our kitchen. Goes to screensaver mode if not in use. Would be cool if you could upload photos to it or have a selection of different screensavers. This machine makes a great cup of coffee very fast , very convenient and you have the option of hooking it up to your waterline or using the water to canter , I would recommend it to anyone not just for commercial use

Less than a year and it no longer works. I keep getting Error Code 17 stating Overpressure detected. I have shut it off several times and restarted and done several rinse brews....no luck. VERY disappointed that a "commercial" brewer being used for two cups a day would fail like this. NOT worth the price! I had a conventional Keurig that lasted several years but when it was time to "upgrade" felt it was a worthwhile investment since I love the product. I could have bought 3 machines for what I paid for this one. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ... show more
