    • Perfect Coffee Solution for any small gathering
Color: Brushed Silver
This Keurig Fil K-Elite C Single Coffee Maker is both attractive with high end finishes and feature rich with five settings for cup sizes, plus hot water, even cold water dispensing. Very easy to set-up and use, and with the variety pack that comes with it, an opportunity to test taste many alternatives - a very pleasant surprise, as we picked something that we would not have were it not for this package. The only disappointment was the separate brew cup for ground coffee. Thought it would be useful, but not so easy to use. Instructions were a little confusing and too many steps to really accept as an occasional use. If you are insistent on grinding your own beans and just want the convenience of single serve, I suppose it would be worth it, but if not - skip this one, not worth the extra money. Otherwise, you can't go wrong. We had a guest who had a Keurig, but less featured and she was very impressed with these extra features. ... show more

    • Very good coffee maker
Color: Brushed Silver
All in all a very easy to use coffee maker. Makes a good cup of coffee. Has the ability to brew different size cups as well as an iced coffee button that has come in very handy. The only down side for me, is that K-cups are not very Earth friendly, being plastic (yes I know I can wait till they cool and then tear them apart, throw the grounds away and then rinse and recycle the plastic cup). I have found, however, that a company called San Francisco Bay coffee makes what they call One Cups that are completely biodegradable (Keurig, you should take a hint from them). Basically a very good machine, and am very happy with the quality ... show more

    • Way Better Than The Original - Would get 10 Stars if Amazon Had That Many
Color: Brushed Silver
I had to keep replacing my old one because it would stop pumping for some reason. Tried others but I didn't like the user interface. Kept going back to the original. Then I tried this one. its awesome!!!! For one thing, I am using less coffee pods because it had a "strong" setting. This makes a 12 oz cup just as strong as the 8oz. The ice coffee function works perfect too. And there are a lot of little things like the larger reservoir, the way the buttons work and the quality feel of the hinges on the pod access door. Well worth the money ... show more

    • Great Tasting Coffee
Color: Brushed Silver
We didn't know how good our coffee was SUPPOSED to taste, until our new Keurig machine. Also, the vendor sent a nice note and is sending extra items as a thank you...so rare in this day and age. Thanks for great coffee and great customer appreciation!!

Color: Brushed Silver
AFTER 8 MONTHS AND 2 DESCALINGS IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. AFTER TURNING POWER BUTTON ON AND CHOOSING SIZE OF COFFEE CUP WANTED IT WOULD JUST SHUT OFF. REACHED OUT TO MANUFACTURER AND THEY WANTED ME TO SHIP IT BACK (AT MY COST) AND THEY WOULD EITHER FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. I DECLINED AND JUST PURCHASED A NEW ONE THAT WAS MUCH CHEAPER FROM SOMEONE ELSE I DONT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT ... show more

    • Great brew but reservoir already leaking
Color: Brushed Silver
I have been using Keurig coffee makers for over 10 years. This is my 3rd one replacing the original one I have (my other is in our camper), purchased in February 2020. After a little over 2 months, the bottom of the water reservoir is leaking everyday. There are no cracks to be seen. Glad I kept my old one jic. ... show more
