    • quits working just after warranty expires
Really didn't use this as often as our old unit, but it was sure handy when we needed it. Went to use it today, and it turned on, set up, pressed brew and a couple of seconds later it goes dead. And of course the warranty had expired on the 18th of July - 5 days ago. $93.00 down the drain - - - .

The machine was fine, except the water holder had a really strange smell...like mold. I have cleaned it several times but the odor has not left. I am ordering a replacement tank. Hopefully that will solve my problems. It was refurbished so I figured this issue goes with the territory, but I still would never question ordering a refurbished one again. I do agree with other reviewers, this machine does not produce the great taste of larger machines. ... show more

    • Limited warranty
It works great. I don't like the limited 30 day warranty. I overlooked that when I ordered or else I wouldn't have ordered it. Also it came without operating instructions which would have been helpful .

    • Solidly Built and Quiet
This Keurig Coffee Pot is quite nice. It seems to be built fairly sturdy and is quite simple to use. The lid for the K-Kup is sturdy and easy to open and close. The brewing cycle is very quiet and reasonably quick. The brewer is immediately ready to brew once the lid is opened and then closed. It takes just 15-20 seconds to warm up and start brewing. Additionally, the Keurig pot automatically shuts off within 2-3 minutes after brewing a cup of coffee. Our previous Keurig brewer stayed on for about an hour before automatically shutting off. I view this auto-shut off as both a good safety and energy efficient feature. The Strength and Temperature features actually work and make a difference and you can easily program your desired strength and temperature setting for up to three separate settings. I have not used the "Over Ice" feature. The side, 78 oz., water reservoir is easy to lift, fill and replace. (I would recommend using both hands to help steady a full reservoir and sliding it back in place.) Overall, this is a nicely designed easy to use brewer. So far so good, I only used it for 3 days, but the coffee tastes as good as any other coffee maker I had. It's slightly noisy when it first starts up, but quiets down once it starts. The only way you can tell this is refurbished is it's not in the original box, it was packaged well and looked brand new, no dings or scratches. I would not hesitate to buy this coffee maker again ... show more

I tried to get my money back the same day I ordered, based on what I read from customers, Woot wouldn't return my money! I finally got the damn thing today, trying to run just plain water thru as advised, when I tell it to make 12 oz cup it cuts off after 4 oz !!
