I've previously owned the Keppi 5000, Rep Fitness AB 5000, Blackwing, AB-5200 2.0, Ironmaster Super Bench Pro and many other benches. The Keppi 6000 is far and away my favorite bench and it is only half the price of the aforementioned benches. Pros: It has multiple seat adjustments both positive and negative for decline work. The back pad has numerous adjustments at almost every 10 degrees. The back pad and seat pad have formidable thickness. No sagging during heavy presses. And the seat pad is wide and comfortable. Back pad is almost 12" wide so it gives good shoulder support while not obstructing the shoulder blades during pressing motions. Paint job was excellent. And my bench arrived flawless with no scratches. I received the bench in two days. Assembly was very easy. Only took approximately 45 minutes. The leg attachment is the best design I've ever encountered. There are multiple adjustments available for the ankle holders height and angle. This allows for the user to find the right length and angle for the ankle holders without putting extreme pressure on the knees like most generic leg holders do on benches. Especially when the decline angle increases, which forces more pressure on the knees. And the bicep curl pads are excellent for incline curls. They are easy to install or remove in a matter of seconds. And they can be stored under the seat pad when not in use. Keppi engineers put alot of thought in this bench and it shows. They covered every want I could think of for an adjustable bench. They also beefed up the adjustment pins. Entire bench is robust. Cons: None really. But if I had to nitpick I wish the back pad was a little longer. And the stitching on the pads could be a little more aesthetic. And though it is robust, it is not built as heavy duty as competing benches from Rogue and Rep. However, it is rated for 1,500lbs so build quality should not be a problem at all. All in all, this is by far the BEST bench available for under $1,000. It has all the features and accessories similar to higher priced benches such as the Prime Fitness Shorty bench for a much lower price.

Great bench! Have been using this bench for a few months now and it is handling everything excellently. I like the adjustability of it with the pop-pin mechanism. I have done mostly incline and flat exercises with it, but have also used the decline function for ab work. Really nice that it comes included with the leg rollers and arm support. Those are usually extra pieces for other benches so I appreciate they are included standard. Build quality is great. The wheels move it around without any problems. I like that it can store upright and that it has a receiving port for attachments. Clever design. Great product would definitely buy it again. I think it is good value for the money when you compare it to other benches in a similar price category.

This thing works, the leg attachment is a bit woggly at its connection point and the pop pins for adjustment aren't great, but the bench itself is heavy, solid, assembles well and works as intended. For the value I don't think you can do better.

Now this...this is an AMAZING bench. I wanted to wait for an accurate review. The wheels roll nice. Its stout and not wobbly. It has adjustable foot area to between my husband who is 6ft6 and myself at 5ft2. Its smooth. The downfalls...I wish it had a shock absorber or strut to help it lower nicely. It is fairly heavy to lower and awkward. The only negative is that if the bench is flat you cant roll it around as the foot rest hangs too low. I am fine with working around this since its such a great bench. Im telling you this is one of the better pieces of equipment I have purchased. It was also decent to put together. I had the husband put it together in an hour.

Great bench. Very well built and sturdy and stable for the price. Easy assembly. Fits well in my small home gym. Would highly recommend. Box came well packaged too which I had read people had issues with in the past so they may have fixed this issue.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely fantastic product it truly is under rated it’s a S tier bench for commercial and home use especially for the weight super easy to maneuver. I love all of the adjustable settings for from decline incline flat shoulder press sit ups curls whatever is your preference. Beats the price on rogue and rep fitness and quality.

The bench seems relatively solid and well put together. However, I have some cosmetic damage, which isn't great as it's a really pretty bench otherwise. Also the sliding mechanism for the feet is really tough to maneuver. Mine may be defective. Seller reached out and provided a discount for the cosmetic issues. I also used some WD-40 to lube the tube and it slides better. Great bench!
