Absolutely love the Keppi 6000 bench!!! We recently bought a functional trainer. Our old bench was just too lightweight, slid on the mats, and just didn't feel solid when using it. We did months of research on benches from $150 to $800, the ones with the attachment ecosystems can easily exceed $1000. The Keppi 6000 stood out as being at a great price point and heavy duty so we decided to give it a try. Keppi did not disappoint. Packaging was very good and no damage at all. Assembly was easy and the instructions that were included were very easy to follow. The weight is a good balance of feeling solid when using the bench but easy to move around and store upright. The pad is firm and grippy. The adjustments for the back and seat are perfect for alot of exercises. The included leg roller (most competitors charge extra for it) and arm pads are a nice touch. We are extremely happy with the quality, price, and function of the Keppi 6000. You can't get a better bench at this price. Keppi hit it out of the park on this one.

I've previously owned the Keppi 5000, Rep Fitness AB 5000, Blackwing, AB-5200 2.0, Ironmaster Super Bench Pro and many other benches. The Keppi 6000 is far and away my favorite bench and it is only half the price of the aforementioned benches. Pros: It has multiple seat adjustments both positive and negative for decline work. The back pad has numerous adjustments at almost every 10 degrees. The back pad and seat pad have formidable thickness. No sagging during heavy presses. And the seat pad is wide and comfortable. Back pad is almost 12" wide so it gives good shoulder support while not obstructing the shoulder blades during pressing motions. Paint job was excellent. And my bench arrived flawless with no scratches. I received the bench in two days. Assembly was very easy. Only took approximately 45 minutes. The leg attachment is the best design I've ever encountered. There are multiple adjustments available for the ankle holders height and angle. This allows for the user to find the right length and angle for the ankle holders without putting extreme pressure on the knees like most generic leg holders do on benches. Especially when the decline angle increases, which forces more pressure on the knees. And the bicep curl pads are excellent for incline curls. They are easy to install or remove in a matter of seconds. And they can be stored under the seat pad when not in use. Keppi engineers put alot of thought in this bench and it shows. They covered every want I could think of for an adjustable bench. They also beefed up the adjustment pins. Entire bench is robust. Cons: None really. But if I had to nitpick I wish the back pad was a little longer. And the stitching on the pads could be a little more aesthetic. And though it is robust, it is not built as heavy duty as competing benches from Rogue and Rep. However, it is rated for 1,500lbs so build quality should not be a problem at all. All in all, this is by far the BEST bench available for under $1,000. It has all the features and accessories similar to higher priced benches such as the Prime Fitness Shorty bench for a much lower price.

The Keppi bench 6000 is much more efficient than all brands. The product is amazing. The quality is very well put together as it is comfortable. The bench itself has a lot of variety as you could workout many muscle groups. The bench feels very stable and is extremely safe and even has extra safety features! I highly recommend choosing Keppi brands as a choice in fitness equipment. Keppi has raised the bar with their quality and engineering. The price make it a better purchase too!

When the bench arrived, initially I wasn't happy. It would have received 1-2 stars at that time. The quality control wasn't great as the laser etching had burns outside of the numbered areas, along with scratches and swirls on many of the metal pieces. There was also beading in the paint of the powder coat and a few small chipped areas that most likely happened during shipping. Still, most of the issues were things that happened at the factory and aren't acceptable for a bench in this price range. Even worse, the leg attachment used for decline ab work was not functional at all. The pieces fit together so tightly it would not fit into the bench and could not be adjusted. That really stunk because for me it was one of the biggest selling points for this bench over its competitors. However, after working with the seller, they were kind enough to compensate me for the defects. They also sent me new parts for the leg attachment, which thankfully now works after swapping them out with the defective ones. I'm happy to say the bench is now fully functional, even if it looks a little ugly in spots. I'm also happy to report there were no defects with the pad or springs. The pad itself seems high quality and is incredibly comfortable. It took some time and headache, but ultimately it worked out. If you're trying to save money while still getting a great bench, this is an excellent option if you're willing to accept it might have some defects on arrival. The seller should be willing to help if that's the case. However, if you have some extra cash and want it to be perfect, I'd step up to one of the big players and save yourself the hassle.

The easy 'on/off arm pads are a 'game-changer' and set this bench above and apart from much higher level competitors (see video). The spring pin system is a 'class' above any competitor of equal price and compares well to more expensive competitors. I am Very pleased with this sturdy, heavy-duty adjustable bench. The handle and wheels are of quality materials and make it easy to maneuver and even stand against a wall to save on room space. The quality is superior. After two months of utilizing the bench in every mode, I am actually excited to go to my basement and do my daily weight workouts. The blue color I ordered is well done and the padding on the bench is 'correctly' done with the right amount of firm and ample padding. This bench is absolutely the best bench for the price that I have ever owned. In the interest of transparency, I have not utilized the leg pads but am pleased with their exceptional quality and ease of use.

Looked at a bunch of different benches in this price range and finally decided on the Keppi 6000 bench due to the solid reviews and potential for additional attachments in the future. After a shipping mistake (by the carrier, NOT Keppi) delivered the bench to the wrong address, and absolutely ZERO help by said carrier, I messaged Keppi through Amazon and they were extremely fast to fix the problem and ship out a new bench. I was finally able to locate the original bench and pick it up. Customer service responded fast and all was eventually taken care of. As for the actual build quality of the bench, it's extremely well made and all parts feel very high quality and the bench is rock solid. Putting it together was a breeze and only took a few minutes. The fit and finish of the bench is all top notch, it was packaged nicely and there were no dings or scratches. The bench is beefy and does weigh a good amount, but moving it around is easy with rollers and knurled handle. Finally, the bench offers plenty of position adjustments with the many incline/decline positions. I appreciate the included elbow pads for incline dumbbell curls and the leg anchoring attachment makes decline crunches easy. Looking forward to hopefully future attachments from Keppi (leg developer?!) All and all, I don't think anyone could be disappointed with this bench.

This is the best bench I've ever used outside of the gym. This bench inspires confidence with exercises that I would not want to try with other benches. Heavy set lat pullovers, skull, crushers, decline bench etc etc. being 215 lb and doing maximum angle sit-ups with a 50# dumbbell and this thing doesn't shake. Excellent packaged hardware and instruction booklet. It took me a little bit to put it together, It comes with the tools you need to put it together but I used a drill with sockets and hex bits to make it faster. It's premium and heavy. Now that I know how to put it together, I could probably build one in 15 minutes.

This bench could be exceptional if Keppi’s quality control was up to snuff. The arm pads on my bench are two different sizes. One pad is uniform and properly shaped while the other is tapered and thinner at one end. The bench itself is fantastic. The frame is solid and the pad foam is dense and wrapped in a durable, textured upholstery. There’s no wobbling when I’m doing any decline exercises. Assembly was very straightforward and took maybe 20 minutes. This would be a home run if Keppi’s customer service actually did their job and responded to customers. I’ve requested a replacement through Amazon after nearly a month of no reply back from Keppi regarding the arm pad. Giving this bench 3 stars because of the customer service (or lack there of) and the QC issues with bench parts. I’d still recommend it but just be aware of what you could be getting yourself into.
