Easy to assemble. Everything the Mrs wanted in a carpet cleaner. Dual brushes, hose with multiple attachments and easy to clean. Only downfall is the tiny opening on clean water tank. Otherwise very well designed and perfectly functioning.

I’ve only lived in my apartment for 5 months with brand new carpet. I’m in complete denial about this amount of dirt coming from my home. I’m a very clean person and this is difficult for me to see! We are an active, messy family of 5 with just as many pets... and white carpet. This carpet cleaner did a great job and the suction is worth mentioning! The only thing I'd like to see improved is the tank size, but even that isn't a huge deal and it does last a while!

    • What is up now?
All the clean water with the solution leaked all over my carpet and and I can't figure out how to stop it and there's nothing in anywhere to troubleshoot it and it's brand new. It works good but it leaks all over the floor so you have a time limit how long you get to use it? It's not too loud which is good and it's not too heavy which is good but it leaks bad from the clean water area. As far as I could tell everything I buy, I'm feel like I want to return. Come on Amazon. I heard so much about you. This is my first experience. Why is aren't your products better? You're so rich. Why aren't your products perfect? That's what I thought it was. This is very disappointing. It's just like our government disappointing.
