Each pan is beautiful along with each lid. The small pan is perfect for making omelets while the larger non-stick is perfect for small casseroles or quick searing meat to go into one of the large oven capable pans. Just moved into a new house and unpacked these from where they've been in the garage for over a year. Cooked a meal in them and wow! they are great pots and pans. Very solid and easy to clean, food cooks easily. Love the clear glass lids. I will enjoy using these for many years to come.

I threw out my non-stick pot and pan set due to concerns that the non-stick coatings are linked to cancer. I opted for this set but you have to know how to cook with stainless steel by lowering the heat/flames otherwise you'll burn food fast (since they seem to conduct heat much quicker) as many have mentioned. Never had stainless steel before. So glad I made the switch… these work great, feel great . Clean up great, just have to use them correctly, always heat them till water dances on pan , then add , oil , butter, first . There’s plenty of videos on cooking and cleaning with stainless steel..

But the. It depends on the person. I like that the quality are good. I read a lot of review that they say they are hard to clean. Listen…those people doesn’t know how to cook or use the pots and pan properly. I never had any problem in washing them. Nothing stick on it. You must know how use them so that food will not stick. Watch a YouTube video so you will know to make this pita and pan non stick. I like the lid also. Heavy clear glass. Overall I’m happy. ... show more
