The whole order, delivery and assembly scheduling was so easy. I never thought to order a Gas grill from Amazon, but I am going to recommend it to everyone I know. The delivery came on time, the Amazon employees that delivered and assembled the grill were really professional and did a great job! Amazing, I ordered this despite some of the bad reviews, I have to say it was packaged perfect. There was no damage to any of the parts and all parts were there. The ignition system worked perfetly. Assembly was easy and took me and my son about an hour and a half to complete the process. The heating was amazing and even all the way across, I was so used to having cold spots on grills and this one has none. This is a beautiful addition to our outdoor kitchen area. Received the product dumped on my door step. weighs 121 so it must have been a struggle for the driver. Unpacked discovered multiple dents the the side panels and bottom, scratches all over assume from manufacturing process. Instructions were about standard clear in some cases, unfathomable in others. Still Says on Amazon is convertible to natural Gas, no mention at all in the Use & Care Guide. Tried Kenmore support, emails record of product registration unable to complete. currently waiting for email from CS to link into their website to accomplish that. Searched for Use & Care Guide this model not found? Total disappointment suspect it will be just a few years before it rusts out. Very, Very flimsy set up. Not a great grill. It's big and roomy...but the burners are so close to the grates that they flare and catch on fire constantly and that's on low.
