I didn’t want a fancy refrigerator. I purchased this based on price and features. Completely satisfied with the design and simple practicality. This is a no frills great refrigerator. I would recommend this to a young family or as a garage refrigerator. It is easy to move around with the wheels in back and adjustable stoppers in the front. I will advise the plug is a standard electrical plug that sticks out from the outlet. I will be getting a triple outlet plug so I can plug the refrigerator plug in an up and down position to hug the wall closely so can push the Refrigerator back a few more inches. Flawless delivery with a 30 minute “heads up” delivery text was helpful. I was able to empty the driveway and walkway with in the kitchen. Perfect experience with this purchase. Highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a basic refrigerator with a clean look. ... show more

Put together easily. Works great. Have to open either freezer or refrigerator door one at a time otherwise too hard to open and door seal pops out but can easily pop it back in place otherwise it is great. Very satisfied!!!

Update:: refrigerator freezer has stopped working and I’m having difficulties getting it repaired. I’ve spent I was on the phone trying to use the warranty and the product protection, but I just can’t seem to get any help. I’ll never buy another one of these again no use the Asurion protection program. This really stinks. Other than damage to the front freezer drawer and the rear top, everything was great. I took the refrigerator as is because it’s a garage refrigerator and cosmetics are not that great but I was still disappointed that it was damaged and Amazon has promised to give me some type of compensation so we’ll see ... show more

Should have read the reviews. It arrived with cosmetic damage and just stopped working out of nowhere. I've had it for not even four months. Amazon's customer support told me the same thing: to take it up with Kenmore. This is the third refrigerator I've bought from Amazon that came damaged. Stop shipping refrigerators if you're going to use garbage carriers, and stop selling defective s***. Unbelievable. ... show more

    • A Kenmore Fridge Made in China with an Unkown Manufacturer Code

My old Gibson (Fridgidaire) made Kenmore lasted almost 25 years. This one is made in China and I hope at least it will last as long but I will not bet my Bart on it. That's why it is easier for me to buy a Kenmore. This fridge is very basic. No frill. Freezer made ice cubes in trays for about 2 hours when first start. The fridge has five control levels but the recommend level 3 is not going to cool your milk. Best leave it at level 4. Level 5 maybe if your household has more people. Every part inside this fridge is cheap. Thin fragile plastic pockets. The tempered glass shelves are not made for confidence. I'm afraid that if I loaded them up it will crack. So not going to do that. The fridge has minor dent in front about three inches from the ground so I will not be anal about it since it was not the delivery guys who made it. The box had not damage so I think the manufacturer shipped a cosmetically damaged product. Maybe that's why they sold it at last year price. The lower door is not mounted evenly so the left gap is much larger than the right gap. I couldn't fix it because the mounting holes for the hinge were not drilled correctly. Another annoying thing is the lower door has very low ground clearance, so it caught my right foot couple times now. Have to remember not to put my foot to close to it. Good thing, it is very quiet. Barely any noise. Affordable when I bought it. Got 30 days to return from Amazon. The old fridge gulped electricity like me drinking duffbeer but this one is sipping it. 3 camels said what I paid for is a normal price before a tariff. I wanted to buy a used but fancy one from craigslist but Marge didn't want any part of it. I reserve it for 3 stars for now since I only had it for only a week. I will update accordingly. Update, a month of use: We have this item for a month now and it is still running. The coldness level is kept set to level 4. The big issue is the condensation. Never an issue like this with our old fridge. Our home is not that humid. When opened the fridge we notice that every cold surface has water condensation. The system to get rid water in air inside the fridge probably is not working. With condensation like this I doubt that it will last long. The freezer on the other hand seems to be working fine.
