Wizmaker Wand is a great machine so far I did a test run and I was very impressed. Haven't gotten the chance to do much with it as yet very busy with other stuff. Am still trying to learn as much about it as I am a first time laser engraver. As I learn more I ella hive a futher update.

does engraving ok, but forget about cutting even 3mm it will take about 20 passes no matter how you set it up. and support is total CRAP1

As a toy or hobby, this will do. It’s a USB laser cutter with up to 7 watts of power. That means it will cut paper, etch leather, wood, etc. not too hard to setup and install the drivers and software. I had a few problems finding the right profiles, because this unit was missing the USB stick/flash card that it claimed it comes with. 20 minutes of trial and error and I found the one that works. I am going to enjoy this, but it has some issues: 1 no usb stick with files, and documentation is not good enough to find the right ones 2 there’s a rod that stabilizes the laser head, it’s missing a screw to hold it in place (see photos) 3 alignment is off and needs to be calibrated (see corner where square cuts do not meet) but there are no instructions in the manual or online regarding how to fix this. I am going to contact support. If they help I will update the rating. Fingers crossed.
