The duffle bag was a great addition and can hook on to the hard case for convenience. The small bag is perfect for personal items, toiletries, but can accommodate clothes as well. Previously I bought blue one with black rubber and handle which is Previous model of carry on size and checked size. It was very good product and the damage of the luggage after pick up in the airport was very minimum I traveled few times between Houston and japan and puerto rico and Japan . This time I needed another carry on size one and the white one was less than half price during spring sale so I decided to get. I wished I would recieve the old model which is black rubber frame and black plastic handle but unfortunately the new model with everything solid color has arrived. It's cool design but im sure will be super noticeable with dirt and anything so I was like ughhh... And then I got an idea to paint some part. I know it will be look dirty still if get dirty during travel but I think it's very good that we can change color of zipper or we can draw whatever we want. I used liquid type acrylic paint seems dont come off easily unless I scratch with nails and when I failed could wipe off easily with alchol. And this luggage models are awsome for the ppl looking for extra expandable luggages. I hope this luggage will not get dirty during the travel thou lol ... show more

Both suitcases were great during my trip. Flew to Florida to get on a cruise and then flew back home. Minimal marks on the large checked bag, to be expected when flying but nothing major or noticeable. Wheels worked amazing and handles held up great. TSA locks on both suitcases worked perfectly as they should. Overall an amazing set and I will be purchasing another set for my daughter. I absolutely adore the color wave of this suitcase and I will admit that it was the driving force behind my purchase (on top of Swissgear’s pretty reliable reputation over the years). The color matches exactly how it looks online! The outside feels very sturdy, exactly what I would expect of a hard shell case. I can’t say that it’s scratch resistant at current. It actually feels like it would easily scratch, which is something I’m worried about as I will traveling quite a bit this year. The cup holder has SUCH a smooth design; it’s very easy to open and tuck back in. It has a LOT of interior space on the inside, almost annoyingly so? I do wish that they would have added maybe another pocket somewhere in there - there is plenty of room to do so but I suppose they want you to buy your own organizers for that. Honestly for the price, I think it actually SHOULD come with one cube organizer for accessories or something - but that’s a nitpick. One of the main reasons I wanted this suitcase was for the locking system, which was easy and painless to set up honestly! It has the TSA key grade to unlock it so you don’t have to worry about TSA bursting and breaking your stuff if they need to get inside. This also helps if you end up forgetting your lock number or the manual unlocking system gets jammed. I got it on what I assume is a Memorial Day sale so the price wasn’t that bad! Regardless, the quality of this brand is undeniable in my opinion. Oh, another thing I hard don’t really like is the interior belt that’s supposed to keep your items in place during travel. The locking mechanism seems flimsy and is made of what feels like cheap plastic. I get the impression I may have to end up sewing something sturdier in its stead later but we shall see. When I was researching the quality of the suitcases, I saw a lot of complaints about the rubber on the wheels deteriorating within the year of purchase. Most of these people, if not all?, said that they only traveled maybe once or twice a year and that their suitcase was in storage most of the time. Please make sure yall understand how rubber works when improperly stored. That’s all I can say. I’ll update this review at the end of the year OR after 10 trips! Safe travels! ... show more

Fancy luggage is fancy! I finally got rid of the thrift store luggage that was falling apart. I did a ton of research and found these were the best for the money. And they are SO PRETTY. The carry on is international sized, lots of compartment space and has a cup holder! It’s super light, as is the suitcase. TSA locks are smooth.
