We had the refrigerator less than a month and the control panel messed up, it just turns on by itself and just shoots out ice or water whatever the setting is on, we had to turn off the water so it would stop because even locking it and turning the ice off it still turns on by itself. Amazon is supposed to be refunding 20 percent of tge product so we can get it fixed, hoping it doesn't cost more than the refund amount, still waiting on refund!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We’ve loved this new fridge. It fits our needs of elevating our little kitchen, and providing enough space, all while not sticking way out into the kitchen. Installing it was straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions to unwrap, connect the water line (it includes the necessary short pipe if your house has a refrigerator water hookup), and after waiting a couple of hours (since the delivery people laid it down during delivery) plugging it in. It worked great out of the box. The ice maker did take a couple of hours to start working once the freezer was cooled down. Our favorite part is the filtered water & ice dispenser. Not having a water filter on our counter or in the fridge frees up even more space for us. One thing to note is that it is wider than our old fridge. It wasn’t a problem for us, but I would make sure to double-check the dimensions before purchasing. ... show more

    • Poorly organized fridge and freezer.
Ice machine is very slow. The origination inside is not ideal. Not butter tray location and unable to move shelves to desired location. Quite except for ice machine. Would not recommend to buy.

The media could not be loaded. ice machine made intermittent screeching sound since day one but dreading the support hassle and because it was "working" we let it go but now, less than 2 months after purchase the fridge section is barely 7-8 degrees colder than ambient despite control panel saying "32" and to have fridge ruin fresh groceries and my Humira pen twice within 45 days is devastating to say the least. ** UPDATE Upon clicking "Get Support" in order info, I was prompted to enter my number for a "manufacturer rep" to call me. (Fridge apparently has a 1 year warranty from "Kenmore" but had to confirm elsewhere as manufacturer warranty info through amazon needs to be "requested"?) Anyway, I put my # in and I got a call to hit 1 for product support or 2 for general amazon support and returns, hit 1 .... transferred to "Kenmore floor care line" and connected with a gentleman who represents the company that makes vacuums sold under the kenmore brand name and was completely unaware Kenmore even sold refrigerators and that he, a kenmore household appliance rep, had no idea who to reach....for my "Kenmore" fridge. Now on hold w/ amazon will update accordingly. I'm also very nervous about getting another Humira replacement covered. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We've has this fridge for a week now and so far it's been great. Pros: Our old fridge wasn't counter depth so it took some adjusting to at first since this one holds less food but the trade off of having more room in our tiny kitchen has been worth it! I was nervous when I saw the fridge shelves are limited as far as configurations go but after putting our food and beverages inside it totally works for us. Freezer is pretty narrow as some other reviews have mentioned but this has not been an issue for us since the shelves in there are adjustable. Cons: We did run into a problem when going to set up the water since the line provided wasn't compatible with our current hook up. After lots of research my husband was able to figure it out and find the right part. Once he finally got it set up the water dispenser did leak/ drip for a few hours but it eventually stopped. Also the fridge itself is fingerprint resistant but not the handles. Overall this is a great fridge for the price ... show more

    • Having issues with returns on big items. It sems Amazons throw the responsibility to third parties.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It looks good by the specification but it has some problems with the ice maker and ice dispenser
