We bought this heavy duty skimmer basket and the light duty one as well. Both did a good job. These skimmer nets are a bit different as the mouth of the nets has an angled leading edge that scoops leaves better and reduces the drag. It really makes a difference. These are just the skimmer heads and they come with a one button easy connect and release that keeps you from pinching fingers. They’re really good skimmer nets!

I'm really happy with this pool net. I have tried more than a few over the years, and this design is one of my favorites so far. I love the sharp leading edge, which makes getting debris off the bottom of the pool a breeze. This has significantly reduced the time it takes me to vacuum the pool. It is also very efficient in that the super deep basket holds a ton of leaves, so I don't have to stop so often to dump them out. The construction is solid, with thick plastic on the handle, a reinforced rubber-coated frame, and a durable nylon net. The value is fantastic at $19 (at the time of order). I would happily order this net again.

This attachable pool cleaning rake is perfect! Sturdy once attached, didn't fall off, and easy to use!. I got this to help clean out our large inflatable pool and it has been so helpful to have! I've used it for leaves, grass, and getting out unwanted bugs with a breeze in our pool. Great size and good quality mesh material. Not heavy & very convenient even with taking off & storing away. So happy with this!

Finally, an affordable high quality pool skimmer! I had one I loved that wore out with age, and have been looking for something as good to replace it, but have not had luck as most are either flimsy, don’t have a good “bucket” or have hole too big to keep debris in. This one has all of those and more. Its good quality, not too heavy, keeps all of the debris in, hold a good number of leaves and even helps get toys that the kids leave in the pool out. I can clean the whole 20x40 pool after a good wind storm without having to empty it. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again! 5 stars.

This net seems generally well-made and the net holes are a good size for filtering debris without causing too much drag. However, I often need to scoop a small pile of leaves from the bottom of the pool, and the edge of this net is very flimsy--it bends easily under any pressure. So, it’s fine for skimming but not great for scooping. If it’s cheaper than a net at your nearest big box store, it might be worth ordering, but otherwise just get a net at a local retailer. They’re probably better quality and more rigid than this one. The ones I've bought in the past all have been.
