Beautiful sun flowers. Some had less of the red/maroon center than others. The germination rate was pretty good, I think 4/6 germinated after being directly sewed into my garden. They didn’t hold up long term in the south Florida summer heat - not sure if it was the overabundance of rain or the heat. But they were beautiful and I will grow them again - just earlier in the year.

I planted this seed last year and it was divine. The neighbors were enchanted as well. I re-ordered and just planted today (July 10, 2022) Zone 8b. The reason for the "delay" is that we have had very cool temperatures. These seeds will germinate in about 12 days. I direct seed and have not had issues. They grow about 6 feet tall which is perfect for me. I usually soak the seeds in water (not a requirement) and then plant them directly into seedling soil (1/2" deep) that I have put out where I want the flowers to grow. Water in well and ta-da!

I would rate zero stars if possible. No germination whatsoever, despite planting two different times in three different spots. Went through both packages for no results. Poor quality product. Will not buy this brand again. This is not user error...I have been gardening for 25+ years.

First off the sunflowers are yellow not cherry so that was disappointing. However, All of the seeds planted sprouted within 3-5 days. These seeds were very easy to grow. Great for a beginner.

several of the seeds did not grow, as i dug them back up they literally rotted and crumbled. i have had one successful sunflower from this entire packet. not worth it if you ask me.

So the flowers are growing about 4 to 6 feet tall with 5 to 6 inch blooms. The colors look so good and I do love them. They do feel like they have thinner stems for sunflowers but they look great!
