I ordered this pad for my Springfield 2020 rimfire. My purpose was to increase the length of pull which it did. The pad is the right size for my smaller stock. It required some effort to install but that is a good thing since you want a tight fit. It does cover the sling stud. I may need to cut a small hole to accommodate the stud. I see that this cover may help protect the stock. My Springfield has a nice walnut stock. The cover is well made and I anticipate it holding up for an upcoming hunting trip.

This thing works!!! I bought it after shooting 200 shells in an afternoon leaving my armgina feeling bruised and abused. Just used it in a tournament over the weekend and now im only feeling about 10% of the recoil the gel in this thing is amazing i can now shoot all day without hurting my armgina

These are very stretchy but still would not fit over the normal sized stock of a Mossberg 590. Maybe it was just my set that would not work. We tried both pads. We were afraid they would rip seams so we gave up and returned them. They did seem very soft and good quality. I’m sure they would work very well if they fit on your firearm. They were a good price too.
