Just know that you will never have to carry multiple smaller bags or stack your shoes and extra layers on top of your old stuffed gym bag barely holding it together. This bag fits it all. Seriously. Work clothes and shoes, hair dryer, FULL SIZE shower supplies, towel, headphones, water bottle, hoodie, lunch bag, AND MORE! I haven’t travelled with it but its the best gym bag. I've only used it once so far, but it worked terrific! I was amazed at how much it holds yet still fits comfortably with the padded shoulder straps. My daughter recommended it, having purchased one each for her and her husband when they went to Europe last year. I hope to get lots of use out it! The included pouches were a nice touch, but not really needed. Quality workmanship. I especially love the small pocket on the outside of the back (facing my back), which is perfect for securely storing important papers and cash.

Would have given 5 stars but it's a little on the heavy side without anything in it. Extra bags a nice and one bag holds a pair of shoes. Once packed it does distribute weight nicely. Taking in airplane and has plenty of space for what I need to travel with even has laptop compartment

Love this travel backpack! It fits a ton and opens all the way like a suitcase. No digging down trying to find what's at the bottom. The only caution I have is that technically it is a little too big to be an under-the-seat item for small airlines such as Sun County. I didn't take it on a recent trip on Sun County for this reason. The last thing I wanted was to be told that I needed to pay extra for one to two inches! The specs seem fine for the bigger airlines, but seeing how they are always changing the rules on us you might want to check if you're planning to use this for air travel. Other than that I absolutely love this backpack. It's well made, roomy, nice looking, and comfortable to wear. Very happy with this purchase.
