I did a lot of research before ordering this massage table. While there are much cheaper ones, read carefully before you purchase. We wanted something wide enough to accommodate my husband's shoulders and my hips. One wide enough that we could lay our arms alongside our bodies comfortably. One with a solid face cradle. One long enough to accommodate my husband's 6 foot length. This does come with "arm supports." But as the reviews indicated, they are poorly designed with little to hold them in place. We're satisfied that we won't need to use them. I was skeptical about the hole in the table for my face and happy it came with an adequate plug so we wouldn't have to use it, but actually, I like it. My husband is happier with the attachable face cradle. The memory foam is a nice depth (again, beware of cheaper tables with thin foam) and comfortable for the hour or so we've used it.

Update for folding and leg info - Comes assembled! ***take note of where the attachments are when you first remove them, it does matter which elastic slot they go in*** Only have to add attachments if wanted. 6’1” 215 lbs. fit comfortably without really using the arm rests. The legs you have to unscrew the caps all the way and lift off the wood and then reattach for height adjustment. It was very easy to do, took less than 3 min for all four legs. Down side if if you need it on the 1st 2 highest settings, you have to disassemble the legs and put them lower to fold it back up. I’ve had lots of in home massages and this table is comfortable and sturdy. Would recommend purchasing blusters for knees/ankles… If a professional massage therapist, it is a bit heavy to carry, but the case is nice and fold out is easy for 1 person. However, if you’re tall the leg disassembly and reassembly would be very cumbersome for going in and out of clients homes. If they come to you, no big deal. For estetitions there are probably cheaper tables that would work, this is built to withstand a deep massage with lots of weight and pressure. Though could be good for larger clients. Good purchase worth the money.

It’s very comfortable and a perfect surface for stretching and exercising. Legs are adjustable in height which is a really great feature. The attachments are really great, but I won’t probably use them for my purposes. However, the face cut out piece is an excellent feature for exercising in the “face down” position as one’s neck stays in good alignment. I am a licensed physical therapist. My only dislike is the weight, but I compared to multiple other tables on the market and the weights of these type tables are all very consistent and probably needed to be sturdy.

The bed is fine. Firm and Comfortable. It is also stable but the travel bag was broken outside the box - but there is no contact info on the instructions and Amazon has no contact info - kcc direct doesn’t have a website so how can this product have a 2 year warranty if no one to send it back too?

It was shipped very quickly, and I got it several days later. It is pretty sturdy and comfortable to use. We (2 people) sat on it without any wiggling. Both my wife and I were satisfied with the quality of this bed. I’m 5’7, and the bed is big enough for me. I adjusted the height to a lower level for better massage experiences. The headrest and arm rests are super simple to adjust. We can fold it easily and it can also be used in a folded state to save some space in the room. The faux leather is easy to clean and sanitize. We have neck and back pain issues, so this massage bed really helps us to get some relief when we work from home. We are happy with this purchase and it’s worth the money spent, so we gave 5 stars.
