Amazon warns you that this is a frequently returned product on the product page, and I indeed had to return mine for another one. Build quality is extremely inconsistent. The first one I received had pieces falling off because they weren't glued well, and the removable headrest was broken. The replacement unit was much better assembled and didn't have any broken parts. The table is comfortable and sturdy and can comfortably fit a person who is 220+ pounds. It is difficult to put away in the carrying bag, but that's to be expected for something so bulky.

This table is very sturdy, easy to adjust lots of different ways, and it's also easy to set up and take down. It stores easily and doesn't take up much space when put away. It's professional quality - the padding feels nice and the surface material is very durable. Light enough to carry with one hand once folded up. The setup is easy and only takes a few moments, as does putting it away.

Been using this for only about 5 months. The arm holder broke very early on. The headrest broke. The plastic holding up the face insert broke. The carrying case has ripped, both the bag and the straps. Plastic joints have now broken. Mind you, I am treating it with care and not tossing the thing around. It's just very poor quality. This is not at all a reliable or sturdy table for professionals using it consistently.
